Had an employee argue and hang up on me when asking for the manager over a discrepancy apparently on the website. Delivery charge said 2.49$ Online, total was 15.77. Realized I didn’t have the cash on me to pay as originally selected so I called to pay with my card over the phone and the employee who answered the phone accepted the transaction and 15.77$ was charged according to my bank account. The employee calls me back and argues that I still owe .50 and refused to accept responsibility for being incorrect and I refused to pay as it was not what my online receipt stated I was to be charged. I asked for the manager to address the issue and the employee hangs up on me. I called back and the employee asked me why I needed a manager, puts me on hold comes back and refuses to let me speak to a manager or tell me her name just kept asking why, why, why do you need them in a very rude manner. HORRIBLE attitude and customer service. Will not return or recommend to others as these are clearly not people I would trust to handle my food when they have this sort of attitude especially when there are plenty of alternatives. One of the managers I finally called back and got to speak to (Megan) didn’t show any concern for the actions of her employee either, and told me the store manager Wes is on vacation and that’s all she knew to tell me. Read moreI have not ordered from Domino's in years. But ,after my kids begging for Domino's I decided to try again. I was impressed by the time. They were so fast and my carrier Yamen was on point with locating my difficult address. The Manager was very transparent in letting me know its not always this slow so my order may take longer on certain days. Just his upfront honesty (which is rare nowadays) further prompted me to post a review. Today is Mother's Day and I am dog sick. Domino's came in handy for my family tonight. I am able to lay back down now that my family has been fed. In short this location uas my vote and renewed my faith in the brand. Great Job you guys. Thanks again Yamen . As for other reviews, for years now most fast food delivery has not accepted bills over $50 so that's on them to still try not Domino's and I'm not sure why 2 ppl decided to rate and blame this location for nails in their tire. Too many people with nothing to do but complain over minor things. With people being lazy and not qanting to work nowadays suave Covid. I'm happy to be able to still sit home and have my food delivered. If people do not come to work don't fault the establishment for being closed because if UT remained opened and worked short staffed and orders take an hr or more then you would complain and rate low still. I Cleary didn’t have a room number yet because I haven’t checked in so I listed room 1 and then called in to explain what the situation was and that I also had trouble ordering a second pizza online. If I wouldn’t have called in they clearly would’ve showed up. I had already paid and everything and clearly wanted the pizza. A rude employee named Kendall answered the phone and was beyond less then helpful. In fact she canceled my order saying that it was a safety hazard for “her” driver since I didn’t have a room number yet. Even though I explained why I didn’t have the room yet and that I was clearly wanting the pizza since I had already paid for it along with a 25% delivery tip she completely canceled my order.
