They close at 9, we got there at 8:31 knowing the close at 9pm, we were just going for a beer and one pizza, we were going in ready to order and everything. I’m with my mom and my two babies. As I walk in we are greeted by a teenager rolling her eyes at me, and without greeting me says “you know we close in 30 minutes” I told her yes and she proceeded to seat us, doesn’t offer a sling for my car seat or a high chair for my son, she sits us in a booth where you cannot have slings at and I knew this since I have served before, so I ask for a sling, and we also ask for our drinks. She come back with the sling, then after I have set my daughter in it, she then says “we’re out of the beer you asked for and I’m also going to have to move you guys to that table because I can’t have a sling here” at that point my mom just said let’s go. All I said to the waitress was “Okay I think we’re just going to go” I was polite and I smiled, we gathered the babies and started walking out the door where I caught her and whoever was cleaning in the back rolling their eyes at us.
Please train your staff to properly treat people, I’ve worked in the service industry before and you are there to SERVE people. In no way shape or form did I disrespect the waitress, all I’m asking for is respect in return. However this occasion was an immediate turn off. I placed an order online and picked it up by drive thru. My mother asked for parmesan cheese and garlic dipping sauce but we're told it would be extra. We drove off and later called the store and asked about why that was the case because not less than a month ago I had an order and asked for cheese, garlic, and blue cheese and received it free of charge. The manager Matt was condescending and didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all and lied and said that they started charging for them in December 2019 which was a lie. He didn't even do anything to make it right. No minor refund, no giving us what we asked for, absolutely nothing. Don't ever change for small things like that. It's not worth losing customers like...

While everything about their pricing, quality, and service deserves a perfect score, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The ambiance inside could be enhanced, particularly by offering super cold beers instead of lukewarm ones. Additionally, having a variety of craft beers on tap would be a fantastic plus.
Despite these minor issues, the service is excellent given the small staff. For these reasons, I can't give a full 5-star rating, but they still come very close. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for great...
