I am appalled at the way this store treated this sweet lady that was in line maybe two people ahead of me. She was simply helping an older gentlemen that had questions and was obviously "confused and had health problems", she was doing Martine's job in my opinion! She was simply helping the much older man with the ways customer service worked with the phone service and explaining to him how to use the google assistant or siri for help with the voice function on his phone! It looked like the older gentlemen (much older) was just asking one of the "customer service representatives" for help and the (probably mid 20s girl) kept telling the man that she "was not customer service". After this happened the mid aged woman that was helping the much older gentlemen with his phone got snapped at by the lead manager on duty martine I guess his name was and he was very rude to this woman that was being nice as can be an much more calmer than I would have been after the female representative and mgr on duty raised there voices after basically laughing at the older man that needed help and ignoring his questions and needs. And from what it looked like the blonde headed woman was just needing a phone! I heard everything that was being said by each individual in this little spat that could have been prevented and really never would have started if not for the outrageously rude Manager on duty "Martine", basically pushed this woman outside and made her leave the store. This stuff is nuts and today Atnt lost my business and my families business because of the way this situation was handled. Atnt needs new management! A confused long time ATNT...
Read moreNot impressed with Salim, I later learned he’s the store manager. JADE WAS AMAZING! Salim not only lied to my husband about phone services/plans but i watched him “help” people and when it came down to the actual work part he’d pawn it off to Jade. Salim did end up taking over helping my husband and I at our visit today and just abruptly walked off multiple times middle of conversation no warning. After being here for an hr I guess Salims end of shift was coming and could not complete his interaction with my husband and I. It was just him and Jade working and not including us Jade was already helping 4 other customers on her own. Me and my husband did end up having to stay in the store longer than planned for the simple fact that Jade was by herself the waiting for her didn’t bother me; but the fact the manger openly just says to a customer yeah I’ve got to leave while there’s a total of 5 active customers and leaves Jade to tie up lose ends on something he started is unfair to her. Jade is incredibly great, will do anything to satisfy a customer truly tried to make a stressful, bad situation positive. AT&T pulled us into a adding a 3rd line promotional spam saying it will reduce our bill with a free phone but when we received the phone and the invoice, it increased our monthly bill by 50 dollars . it was too good to be true, so we never activated the line or opened the new phone. so we went to this store to return the phone and cancel the 3rd line with in the 14day period. they never gave us a receipt and they kept the phone for 3 months without returning the phone to AT&T. when we call customer service they kept saying they never received the phone and when we call the store they say, the phone is somewhere in their store and cant find it. they kept saying the account manager is going to refund the money but would not even give us the contact of the person to talk to. they say they cannot generate a receipt either. after three painful months, they finally returned the phone but ATT billed us for 3 months of usage. when we called the store, they said they cannot do anything about it. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!! AT&T HAS THE WORST...
