If I could give this PostNet branch zero stars, I absolutely would. This was, without a doubt, the most appalling experience Iâve ever had at any business. Never in my life have I been treated with such blatant disrespect and disdain as I was here by Kyle, the owner.
As someone who spent over two decades as a corporate executive in sales and client services and is now running my own business, I came to this store for assistance with printing needs. Instead of receiving the guidance I sought, I was treated like I was an inconvenienceâor worse, completely dismissed. Kyleâs condescending attitude and utter lack of professionalism were infuriating.
To make matters worse, I witnessed a stark contrast in how he treated another customer, a Caucasian woman. He was all smiles, friendly banter, and attentiveness with her. But when it was my turn, he walked right past me as though I didnât exist. I had to call out to him to even get his attention, and his response was beyond rude. It was clear I wasnât going to be treated with the same courtesy or respect.
The final straw came when, after being subjected to blaring music in the store, he had the audacity to publicly yell at me for having my phone volume on low while waiting. This wasnât just embarrassingâit was humiliating. He berated me in front of other customers and his staff, creating an unnecessarily hostile and degrading environment. All the while, his own storeâs music remained obnoxiously loud.
After leaving, I read other reviews and was horrified to find that my experience wasnât an isolated incident. Kyleâs behavior is not only unprofessional but deeply discriminatory. His actions left me feeling demeaned, disrespected, and unwelcome in his establishment.

   Read moreIf I could give a 0 star, I would. Shipped a legal document, signature required, that needed to be there in 2 days. Paid $50 for a one page doc in a letter envelope. After 3 days, I was made aware the document never arrived, so I tracked it. Still at DFW. Contacted the store. Abby checked on this, then came back and blamed COVID. The problem is that the scan history on UPS.com shows differently. The package sat at their location for over a day, then went to Ft Worth. Sat for a day and half, then went to DFW and has sat for almost a day. When Abby got her "Manager" on the phone, we were met with "not our fault, it's Corona, and we can't issue any refund". They were made aware of the delay, and hadn't reached out to me. I was the one who found the issue.
This "Manager" was pathetically uncooperative and actually tried to tell us how "we were wrong", even though we were looking right at the UPS.com screen. For a small town postal shipment location, absolutely no concern over their public perception. $50 refund vs as much bad press I can give them. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SHIPPING. However, after encountering the owner of this Postnet I will drive 20 miles before he gets my business. I had an Etsy return that the Etsy shop owner sent me her return label so I didnât have to pay return postage (I do a lot of business with her). I ask for a receipt so I would have proof that I did in fact return the item and he said they donât and wonât provide that. He said he doesnât get paid for it so he wouldnât print a receipt. He did print it and looked at me and said âthatâs the last label I will print for youâ. He turned around and walked off and I stood stunned at how rude he was but also the horrible customer service and the bad impression of the community to a new resident to the community.
