I recently had my iPhone screen repaired at a irepair hub and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the subpar service I received, which has left my phone in a worse state than before.

The touch sensitivity of my iPhone has been severely compromised since the repair. I now experience unresponsive areas on the screen, making it difficult to perform even the simplest tasks. This issue was non-existent before the repair, and it's incredibly frustrating to deal with it now.

When I reached out to the repair shop to express my concerns and request a resolution, they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility for the issues and insinuated that the problems were unrelated to the repair, despite the clear timeline of events. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills only added to my frustration.

At this point, I'm left with a damaged phone and no recourse for the poor repair job. Not only did I waste my money on the repair itself, but I am now faced with additional costs to fix the new issues that arose from the repair. My phenomenal experience with iRepair Hub Roanoke all started with a phone call. The person (I believe Diana?) who answered the phone was super kind and knowledgeable. She assured me that they could take care of my problem (a dead rear camera on a Google Pixel 2XL) quickly.

Finding the store was easy as it is located conveniently in the Roanoke Walmart and Home Depot shopping center. The store was bright and clean and there was no wait. The friendly and professional staff quickly diagnosed my problem and ordered the needed part to be overnighted!

The next day the repair was completed quickly and I was back to enjoying my cellphone again, extending its useful life for hopefully another couple of years. Not only was the inexpensive repair cheaper than replacing it, but I'm happy to know that I'm not creating more waste or abandoning an otherwise perfect device.

The employee said they would replace the entire keyboard and battery.

After they did, I picked up my MacBook and turned it on, but the battery was not replaced.
