Everytime i go to panera bread in settlers ridge something always is wrong with my order. I always give them another chance after this last time i will NEVER give panera bread in settlers ridge my money nor will i refer people there! I work in settlers ridge so i am on a time limit. I ordered from rapid pick up while at work. My pick up time was 2:32. I was not able to pick my food up until 3pm. I had went to the rapid pick up shelves and my order was not there. I proceeded to ask one of the ladies on the food line if my order had been put back because its been sitting there for awhile. The young lady argued with me that placing my order at 2:30 is not ready yet. I tried telling her i placed my order at 2pm and my pick up time was 2:32pm. As we continued to argue about my pick up time she then tells me no order came in for the food i was describing. Another young lady had then jumped in and said she would get a manger. As i waited around for another 5 mins a manager had not come out. Then she had printed out my order and handed it to the young ladies on the food line. They proceed to make my order. No manager had come over to apologize or anything for the inconvenience. At this point i am very aggravated because what is the point of rapid pick up if i have to stand and wait for my order to be made. I had ordered a pick 2 which contained a half chicken ceasar salad with spinach, kalamonet olives, onions, croutons, no ceasar dressing sub for low fat balsomic vingerette with xtra dressing on the side. I also ordered the bacon turkey bravo sandwich. Finally i make it back to work to see that my sandwhich was so small i finished it in 3 bites. There had been more tomato than turkey on it. My salad only had roman lettcue spinach onions and 1 olive. The dressing cup was less than half full. At this point i had wasted $12 on a healthy meal i was looking forward to. The team at panera looks miserable, they do not look like they care to be working there at all. Read moreDelivery service is terrible. I ordered lunch to my office at 11:30 AM. The estimated time frame was an hour for delivery. At 12:30, an employee called me and stated that they would be a LITTLE late. I received a text at 12:41 stating my order was on its way. At 2:10 I received a phone call that the driver was outside and couldn’t get in my building. IN A PUBLIC BUILDING WITH UNLOCKED DOORS. So I walked downstairs to find the driver putting her car in drive and attempting to leave not even 3 minutes after I was called. My food was cold and disgusting. I received a $5 off delivery coupon, which doesn’t even work because delivery fee is $3 so when trying to apply the coupon to orders, the app will not take the discount off. When I called about this issue before (this isn’t the first time it happened) I was told “I don’t know. Call corporate.”
I understand being short staffed, but if it takes 3 hours to delivery COLD SOGGY food to a location 5 miles away, just disable delivery for that day.

Every single time I come into this place all of the workers act like they don’t see people in line ready to place their order. They will look at you dead in the face, say nothing and continue doing whatever they are doing. Nobody acknowledges you, if they are in the middle of doing something and they see you, they never have the common courtesy to tell you they will be with you shortly. I’m usually calm and understandable but at this point we’re all grown and if your going to work in any kind of customer service, have some kind of respect and show common courtesy to the customers.
