Normally one wouldn't complain but....I ordered a small iced animal cookie Blizzard. I I barely can handle that. This one handed over was in a small cup but so so so much was in it, two people could have easily shared it. I had to lick it before it toppled all out of the cup & it was still giant when I took the photo. I barely ate half and had to toss the rest. Ehhhh staff. I've come across way friendlier. Just your normal teenagers working a summer job it seemed. I won't be back to this one and once sunset is over, my Blizzard is done so that's fine!

The young lady making the ice cream (she usually wears a mask) she is always fantastic/kind. However, this time my fiancé and I came in there was an older tan woman taking the orders behind counter. Upon entering there was a line so we waited in the door area. When the women behind the counter yelled at the customers in front of her to tell us to shut the door before we let the bugs in… She didn’t do so politely she in fact yelled at us in front of everyone. Once we made it through the line to order she was rolling her eyes at us the whole time, and didn’t say a word. So I checked out the reviews for this particular Dairy Queen the other day online and a lot of them were very poor because of poor customer service. And they were very accurate because I just went there this morning to get a box of buster bars and they were just opening up for the day and the woman that unlock the door had a very angry scowl on her face never said hello never said good morning never said how can I help you she looks extremely unhappy and unfriendly and unfortunately, this particular Dairy Queen is the closest one to my house. Very poor customer service! I stopped by on a Monday evening with my mother who was in town for Mother’s Day and was craving Dairy Queen after a family outing. Closing time is listed online at 9:15 pm. We walked in the door at 8:55 pm after noticing customers were inside still. We were greeted by a girl who seemed to be in charge with a very rude attitude. We were told they were closing and were only taking cards & they were out of chocolate. I mentioned online states they were open until 9:15 pm.
