Tonight I stopped in after a long day of errands. I was tired out. But thanks to, I exaggerate not, the best waitstaff I've ever seen by the name of Kassi. I left very full and super energized! Honestly cannot rave about her enough. She was absolutely tip of the top cream of the crop the best Waitstaff I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. She not only checked on me constantly she preemptively made sure that if she spied my drink running below half full that she got me another, then if that wasn't awesome enough made sure to keep the bottomless broccoli coming putting in for another after each time she brought me one without having to be asked, and if that wasn't awesome enough she was fun and friendly above and beyond what anyone would expect. Absolutely 100% reccomend going here and asking for her to serve you. Could not have been more professional, courteous, well groomed, or anything. I quite litterally cannot come up with a single thing she could have done better. Absolutely without a doubt better more friendly service than any dining establishment in all of my travels all over the USA let alone best in Pittsburgh. She even topped the Waitstaff at "le mont". 5 stars is not enough. I look forward to going back to see her again and especially look forward to the day she is running the place which I don't think will take long with that strong a sense of professionalism and absolute steadfast dedication to customer service. My only regret of the evening is that I am currently not in a better financial state because I would have given an even larger tip for service that absolutely amazing.
To the owner/manager of the establishment. Don't you dare ever disrespect her. She is going to be your most valuable employee and should be the one you train all your employees to...

We met another couple for lunch here. One of them is in a wheelchair which we told the host as soon as we got there as we requested a table. This completely unnnerved this young man. First, he had to consult his seating chart for about 5 minutes - even though the restaurant was clearly almost completely empty. Then, he led us through two thirds of the restaurant to almost the back end of it and put us at a table for six - and did not remove any of the chairs. He then quickly walked away before we had a chance to ask him to remove a chair so the wheelchair could fit in. On our way to this table we walked past at least four other tables that would easily have fit us.
Our server - Dan - was the complete opposite. He was gracious, accommodating, and on top of everything. When our drinks were somewhat delayed, he ran off to see what happened and had someone deliver them to us. When we were done, he accompanied us to the front and opened the doors so that we did not have to struggle with the doors. He was definitely an asset to the place.
The food is the standard for this chain and I really have nothing special to say about it. It was good, it was delivered in a timely fashion, and they made no mistakes with it.
The host was a disaster, which is why I rated this experience as low as I did. He is the face of the place. I was not the only one who had terrible experiences with him as I observed and overheard as we had...
Read moreI got curbside pickup for two entrees and a dessert, when I called to let them know I was there the attendant was annoyed and hung up abruptly, no big deal though. When we got our food, the dessert was missing, so I ran inside to get the missing item. The gentleman who answered the phone earlier/ brought us our food was slouched over on his phone behind the hostess stand. When I got his attention, and told him what was missing, he was visibly annoyed and went to the kitchen. He came back out, told me it’s gonna be a few more minutes, and immediately sat down and got back on his phone. 10 minutes later, I got up and asked about the eta, as kindly as I could, and he rolled his eyes and just went to the kitchen without saying anything. He came back and said it would be a few more minutes. 10 more minutes later, a waitress brought me my food, and no one acknowledged my wait or the inconvenience. I try to be really understanding of these things, but this interaction really rubbed me the wrong way, especially because I was trying to be kind and patient, and my husband and I frequent this location. It makes us hesitate to have this location on our rotation...
