Lupe's Cafe — Restaurant in Robstown

If I could give it a lower score I would. I went today at 6:30 p.m., went into the drive through. Parked behind a car, and waited 30 minutes for them to be waited on. They drove off with there order. It was my turn. I only wanted 1 taco. I asked about if they had beef barbacoa. The lady who came to the window asked one of the cooks. I was informed they did. She said it did not come with anything. I said just put cilantro and cebolla on it, in a corn tortilla. She disappeared. Waited 15 minutes, some girl went into the drive through kitchen and was rinsing her hands in the sink that was piled up with tons of dishes. Then another lady, came into the kitchen, and they were chit chatting. 15 more minutes goes by, NO TACO. How hard is it to make 1 taco? I drove off. They're probably still working on it right now. Is the food good here? Who knows. I never got my order. That is a total of 1 hour idling in my truck, for service. Gordon Ramsay, would say, " Have you lost the plot?" I'm never going back to this place again. They need to change the name from LUPES RESTAURANT, ..........TO...........ARASTRADAS Y...

Today 2/5 /18 waitress in front answering phone was horribly rude.. answered the phone by saying " we are very and I can't take your order right now" she never said anything else I just heard back ground noise after that for 30 minutes. I drove over there while I was on hold to let them know she left the phone off the hook, she could have told me what any other waitress would ha e told me like " hold please, I'll be right with you" I guess this lady doesn't care about customer service very much, so sad how she is going to give such a good restaurant such a bad...

12/26/2017. 4:27am Got there just before 3am (table of 7) didn’t get our food till about 4. ( hour later) with only 4 or 5 tables in the place. The service sucked. Didn’t ask for refills or more chips. The food actually came out GOOD but not worth waiting an hour. If your cool with OVER WAITING for your food, this is the place. I’m not taking nothing away from the cook, it taste fine. But give the cooks some help to get the food out quicker!!!!!!!! Man up the restaurant!!! (That’s Dine in, you don’t want to know about the...
