8/10/2018 My daughter is an employee and one week ago told mgmt staff she may need 1 -2 days off for wisdom teeth extraction. 8/9/18 was appt. Today she called to say she wont be able to work due to the massive swelling and discomfort. Her mgr, Lee Sarnik ,told her ""she better be there at 6pm or don't come back.She knows there are NO replacement people to work, We told her she could not have the day off.."" I called back myself to talk with Lee, I got as far as saying 'I am C's mother and...' Lee started yelling at me like I was some kid and said C would be fired if she did not come in. This is far from the first time that Managers have acted childish and 2nd time ,Lee S. has been belligerent & have been getting away with it as no one above seems to know of the daily things that occur or are said to employees by their mgrs. I think it is high time there is a re training of State rules, labor laws for minors and on work etiquette as an adult are needed for the location at 744 S....

Purchased two for six classic roast beef sandwiches and a small curly fries for lunch on 6/20/22.

The sandwiches were fairly cold and definitely not kept at the proper temperature for food safety.

The fries were cold soggy and rather pathetic looking. This is probably the first time I ate five or 10 fries and then threw the rest rest away.

I’m sure approximately 4 PM is not the best time to visit since it is after lunch and they are trying to get rid of some of the product.

There needs to be hold time for fries. These sat for a long time to shrink...

General manager extremely rude. Complained about the length of time to get my food and she try to lie about the reasoning and became obnoxious when called out on it. She started accusing me of being inconsiderate i have been at this location many times and service has been mediocre at best. But 9 to 10 minute wait times with only 3 people at the counter and employees talking to each other about personal matters with no sense of urgency then to be verbally attacked by grumpy old lady sarcasm wish me Happy Easter no less than 10 as her attempt at...
