We spent a thousand some dollars on a washer a thousand some dollars on a dryer a thousand some dollars on a dishwasher but new vacuums then bought an $1,800 grill had the dryer now about 6 months and have been fighting for over 2 months to get it repaired even though we paid an extra $800 for warranties ABC Warehouse is trying to say it's all electroluxes problem and they say it's ABC warehouse's problem so nobody's fixing it I spoke with the manager Paul two days ago and he said he'd handle it and I've yet to hear back from him but we have no way to do any laundry at all and to be quite honest at this point after spending all this money on these I shouldn't have to go spend money at a laundromat I am absolutely appalled by the service that I am getting here I would highly recommend going other places if this is how they provide service to their customers who spend exponential amounts of money with them. Update now they cannot figure out who came to my house to diagnose the problem with my dryer it was just some random person I suppose rather than their auto appliance who seem like they don't know what's going on either which is the person that they are having fixed our dryer or supposedly fix it We are now up to you know more time without one and now they're wanting to wait another 2 weeks to come out and diagnose a problem that we already know what the problem is just to order the belt which is the only issue but it shouldn't be an issue after only having the dryer a couple months Paul is handling this as a manager but it's not being handled and nothing has been accomplished yet so I don't know how much managering is actually occurring at the moment maybe if other people see this it will stop them from having similar issues since $6,000 in the hole with this company and this is how...

I called yesterday to get a âdelivery windowâ for my fridge. They said the delivery schedules are made during the night and an email goes out in the morning. What does that mean, you ask?
I got an email at 6:02am saying my window was 7-9am. Then, I got a call at 6:15am. I didnât answer because I was sleeping. Then, and this is my favorite part, the delivery drivers pounded on my front door and rang my doorbell at 6:28am. 6 in the freaking morning. Not a single light was on in my house, my porch light was turned off, clearly no one was awake. I called the driver, with attitude, asking why he was at my front door at 6:28 in the morning. He said âdo you want us to leave thenâ.
Yes, I want you to leave....and I want to return the $3k fridge I bought from you.
Most unprofessional process and appliance company Iâve ever...
Read more   Read moreI wanted to support local businesses, thus purchased the dishwasher at ABC Warehouse. Pros: -good buying advice and friendly, same as Home Depot Cons: -their Warehouse determines the delivery route, based on mileage. Any customer requests for early delivery are not being considered. The dishwasher installation by the 3rd party (through ABC) was not feasible at the same day of delivery, after the dishwasher was delivered late (# 15 of 16). I had to wait an extra two days before the dishwasher was installed (had to align my schedule with the installer's). -Home Depot gives 10% off when opening a Home Depot credit card). ABC only provides interest free for 12 months -- no value to me. -Received a free installation kit - turned out not to be of use. The installer explained to me: the sales person should know that an installation kit is not needed for Bosch dishwashers - returned it, because I have...
