Make sure you have all your items. I purchased some things and went to put things away the next day and noticed the body wash I purchased was not in the bag. Called and spoke to a manager who was kind btw but he let me know he would check cameras and call me back . Well he did and claimed the lady put it in the bag. The only thing that made me hesitant that he wasnāt looking at the right person was the cashier he mentioned was not the cashier that was on my receipt. So I think he looked at the wrong transaction. But I didnāt argue. I said I would look in the car because things do slide around and maybe it fell out while driving. Well needless to say I check and no body wash. Now mind you I had all my other items along with the other items I purchased that day at other stores. Again only thing missing was the body wash. Odd right?! Typically things like that are put in a separate bag because itās a liquid and I had clothing items. Iām pretty sure she put the bag aside and never placed it with my items. Not on purpose of course but still I purchased something I never received which is annoying. Bottom line is make sure you watch every item then ring up and place into any bag and make sure it leaves the store with you if you...

While waiting in line, the two front cashiers were being extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. One of them, a young woman with long super curly hair (half reddish, half dark), was openly making rude comments about customers right in front of everyone over a return. The other cashier, a woman with black glasses, repeatedly sighed loudly and made irritated, passive aggressive noises the entire time she was working. They spent more time gossiping than helping customers, loudly discussing getting someone named āMichaelā calling him a fat ass, someone getting fired, someone named āJamesā screaming, and even saying they needed drinks after work with Titoās and tequila. All of this was said loudly enough for everyone in line to hear. It felt like being stuck in the middle of a toxic break room, not a checkout line. This behavior is completely unprofessional, especially for employees who are the face of the store. It created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment.
