Came here as I was in the area of this store. I will never be back here again. I usually take my food to go but decided to eat inside today as I had some time to waste. Well after ordering I got my drink went to find a table. Well the tables were filthy. So I asked if someone could wipe it down and they told me that they only wipe down tables once an hour and it wasn't time yet. Like seriously, nothing going on and they are just standing around. I couldn't even figure out if there was a manager on duty. Got my sub and they handed it to me with an attitude (assuming because I asked them to do their job). Went to bite into my sub and saw pink chicken. Looking at a previous review, I see this is problem here. I asked for a remake and they said I would have to talk to the GM in order to do so. I asked to talk to them and was told they weren't in at the moment. I asked for my money back and again was told to talk to the GM. I'm like I will just call. The young gentleman goes, good luck. So I left. Got home and tried to call but went to some person that definitely wasn't American. Sounds like they outsourced their phone calls so they don't have to be bothered. It takes Several Minutes to go through "the (frustratingly drawn out) process" due to the site's lack of remembering your last order (so, you can't just order the same thing that you always order - at least did before they switched to 'online only'). Then, when you think the annoyance/waste of time is over (and after double-checking to make sure All information is correct)... You hit 'Order'... "processing"..."processing"... "There was a problem with your order - Address Not Verified" ... Whatever that means! - It doesn't tell/show you what/where the "problem" is OR offer any way to resolve it... So, you try to call the store ... They don't accept phone calls. (You can try to call - a machine will answer... But... No matter what buttons you push - "Press 3 to make an order"... "Press 7 to speak to an associate"... Nothing Works - it Only Hangs...
Read moreJulie is amazing and makes me want to eat Jersey Mike’s for lunch everyday. My firm is only a mile from this location and I love coming into this location for lunch. Julie is how you wish every employee would be! She treats costumers like it’s her own business. She is sweet, kind, doesn’t get bothered by anything. You want sauce on the side? No problem! You want some extra pickles? She has it packed for you and not the slightest annoyance that you get at other locations. I’ve heard her interact with so many different people during my visits, always super upbeat and friendly. I love coming here for lunch, especially when she packs my sandwich. You can tell she loves doing good work and she sure works hard! I’ve told my corporate office to order our sandwiches from this exact location going forward, just because I think Julie is so great! No other Jersey Mike’s location is...
