So, in my experience of over 50 years of customer service, I have never been mistreated by any establishment as what I experienced this Saturday afternoon! Where do I begin, would it even matter as the neighboring business had warned us of the snipe and awful attitude by all 4 attendants! I greeted the young girl with : hi how are you? I got: what can I get for you!!!

I am over 50 years old , so what is it with the attitude of all 4 attendants, who had multiple opportunities to greet or be nice to someone their father’s age! Not even have a nice day or anything! I immediately told one of the awful “attendants” : boy you guys really don’t know the ABCs of good customer service! They replied with, excuse me!! And I just said: I will give you the worst review in my entire lifetime experience And I just walked out, never to visit this JJ branch!! Please don’t get me wrong, but my 29 years old teacher son pays half his wages on JJ sandwiches, I am not here to promote other decent sub or sandwich establishments all over the place But what a bad attitude towards customers!! I would be looking into this as soon as possible! And take corrective measures if i was the owner of this branch.. Note:, my wife warned me not to go in there as she frequently does her nails and other beauty lounge services around this JJ , and she was warned not to go there and order due to the very rude staff there.. Placed two orders one at 8:45pm and another at 8:58pm, received a call at 9:00pm stating that they are now closed even though the website, google, and posted signs at the store say 10pm. Was also told they will only make the one order and not the second one because they closed the line before the second order came in which is before they supposedly closed. When asked if we could get a refund on both the orders we were met with attitude and told there was nothing they could do (didn’t even get second order even though I paid for it), not to mention you can barely even hear each other being 2 feet away with the blaring music they refuse to turn down. Told them they should probably change the hours on all platforms and the store posted hours and was told they have been trying. Took it upon myself to contact google to change the hours on google and it took 2 hours to get it changed, so they didn’t seem to try that hard. With all these complaints in the past year you would think the GM would get a handle on it and hire better staff. Won’t be returning to this location until that happens. I sat down while my husband ordered our food, and the gentleman, name started with a D, taking our order seemed like he had never worked in food service. Didn’t ask if we wanted to add anything, wasn’t honest about what sauces were available, and tried to ring us out before we were done ordering. The music was horrific, playing multiple heavy metal songs all at once. When we asked if it could be changed, they blamed it on the neighboring stores WiFi.
