I usually love the food and service. But during my last visit to this location, the service was absolutely awful. First, we had a reservation, but we waited 45 mins to get sat, and our server took about 5 mins to greet our table and get drink orders. Then we waited 15 mins to get 3/4 of our drinks and still ordered appetizers (which came out at an acceptable time). When she returned with the remaining 1/4 of our drinks, we ordered our entrées.
From the time we ordered our entrees until the time they started bringing some of them out (they only brought 2 plates at a time for a party of 5) 73 mins had passed! We waited over an hour to get our food! And we needed water refills. We hadn't seen our server since she brought out one of the last drinks.
One of us ordered one thing and was brought out something different, but they didn't want to mention it for frear that it would take long to get the correct order made. Two of us had ordered brown rice, which did not get brought out with our food. The food runner told me it would "be right out," so I waited. 5 mins laps. I stopped one of the other food runners that brought out a potion of our order and asked her for our rice, and she said it was "on it way." Another 10 mins later, i finally saw our server and told her we hadn't gotten our brown rice, and she said, "Oh, we are out of brown rice." I sat at the table and waited for 15 for rice that i was told was coming, but they were actually out of! Unbelievable!
She asked if i wanted white rice instead, and I said yes. By the time the white rice came out, my food was cold, and everyone else at the table was finished with their meals.
Not one time during this wholediningg experience did any manager come by and talk to us. Not to apologize for the wait in getting our food nor for the fact that our food did not come out together (and some didn't come out at all). Nothing. So, on our way out, we asked for a manager, which was like asking for brown rice. We waited 10 mins for a manager to show up, and THEY DID NOTHING! ALL of the food and alcoholic beverages were on one check, and the "manager" did not even offer to discount the two meals that needed substitutions. Terrible service, and as far as the managers are concerned, i have never once experienced such disdain and disregard for a guest's time and experience. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location, which is such a shame because this location is convenient for...

Yes I know this was cutting it close to closing time - but we were lucky that they would take us since almost nothing was open for late night food.
This may have been my first time at PF Chang's and my friend's as well.
Service may have been quick because it was the end of the night and it wasn't particularly busy so the review may be skewed.
The decor was lovely and the service was fast and attentive. They have this beautiful accent wall at this location which I absolutely love but didn't take a picture of.
We were served by James who was delightful- however during his introduction of the restaurant he sort of turned to the side and didn't face us almost like he was reciting something he practiced and couldn't look at us or he would forget which I thought was odd. But besides that he was charming and very kind.
My friend ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken and Lo Mein Noodles while I ordered the Seasonal Fire Braised Short Ribs with pineapple fries rice and the Peach Boba Breeze which is black tea, popping boba pearls, peach, lemon juice.
*if you're going to order drinks order them with no ice or light ice....
The spicy chicken was good. Lo mein was a tad bit too salty for my taste but the flavour palette was delicious.
The Fire Braised Short Ribs - this was a ten for me. Oh my God. The meat was perfect. So tender and soft. And the pineapple fried rice had the perfect amount of pepper. I ate every grain of rice. It was a bit pricey at $25 or $27 dollars but worth it!!! Get this dish!
I know PF Chang's is Anericanized Asian Fusion but I liked it for what it was. I was very happy with the decor, the atmosphere, the service and the food.
*I'm allergic to coconut everything including oil and they offered to print me an allergy menu which is good 👍
Was a great first...
Read moreI called on Thursday to make a 5:30 reservation for Saturday for a party of 8. We arrived right on time, but it was clear the staff was overwhelmed, with people crowding the entrance and nowhere to wait. Despite having a reservation, a party with a 5:45 seating was seated before us. Frustrated, I approached the hostess stand and requested to speak with a manager. The manager apologized for the mistake and assured me we would be seated next, offering to comp us two appetizers as a gesture of goodwill.
Eventually, we were seated, but then we were told they were completely out of silverware. We waited over 2 hours, still without any silverware or napkins. It was shocking to experience such poor service. Our waiter, clearly overrun and double-seated, made no effort to resolve the situation. We were hesitant to drink our beverages because we feared it would take forever to get a refill. It took 45 minutes to an hour for him to take our main order, and his attitude was dismissive—he seemed to have the mindset of “it is what it is.”
To make matters worse, the temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, and we spent the entire meal wearing our winter coats. Toward the end, we were offered free dessert as an attempt to make up for the experience, but it did little to make up for the lack of basic service. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience with poor customer service and an uncomfortable atmosphere. do not recommend.
We received our checks and nothing was comped that was agreed upon by management. So there's another 30 minutes of us waiting for the correct check to be delivered. Just a heads up, you won't be able to hear the person next to you because it...
