Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

Wow just horrible service. Maybe one out of 10 times i would come here and have a decent experience. It’s always something at this location. Whether it’s short staffed or they close early than they should be or their service is down and absolutely cant do anything to help anyone and not even the ones who have placed mobile orders who have already paid for their food. I mean this time really set it off for me to actually leave a review. The last time i came here was on the 12/17 I got off work at about 10pm got to this location at about 10:20pm waited in a line for a bit and im already really tired at this point. But not me realizing that i had waiting 40-50 mins maybe an hour waiting in line and i asked what was going on and if everything was okay and the poor kid was there maybe by him self or with one other person. And i guess they called someone in but they couldnt show. I mean i dont get it 1-2 people working and they were completely slammed. And now today 1/4 at 1:30am just looking to get a late night meal for my fiancé and I. No service/ internet connection nothing. Said it would be 10-20 min and couldn’t even help the people who had already placed a mobile order who already paid. Couldnt show them my order from my phone with no given reason at all. It seems like they dont want to do their job or has no clue how customer service works. But the rude nasty lady tells me to call the customer service line. Cancelled my order and went to the one on Crooks instead and they had no issues whatsoever would rather go there even though they are a bit further from me.

Please do yourself a favor and go to another location other...

Updated Dec 10, 2024 - so this place is back at 5-stars! Online order was ready late but I'll take the delay over missing food items or closed doors at 7pm! Updated Sept 13, 2024 - Mustered the courage to place an online order for in store pickup and what a surprise!?...the store was actually open unlike the last few times! Ordered items were actually in the bag (sauces including!). The food was great too and served with a beautiful smile!! So maybe this place is turning around afterall... 4/5 stars

Updated Jun 9, 2024 - my 2nd visit this year and it was just as disappointing since my visit in Jan...from having to stand in the car queue to pickup online orders (the dining hall was shut), to items missing from my order :( Negative stars... -‐----------- Updated Jan 23, 2024 - why can't this Franchise just be taken over by someone who knows how to conduct business! Unbelievably pathetic service with missing orders and rude staff. I wish I could go to a diff location elsewhere :( Negative stars... ‐------------- Updated Nov 16, 2023 - this location has become the worst. Mobile orders or door dash only and 6 people standing around inside and am waiting on my food for 20 minutes.....

Updated Feb 8 2022 - Review downgraded to 1-star: Level of service has deteriorated with frequent delays and poorly trained staff. Visited this location tonight and its best not to say anything about their customer service.

I do not come to this taco bell at all anymore. Not only do they get your order wrong frequently, and something is always missing so check your bag before leaving. If you ever use the mobile app to have your food ordered ahead of time for pickup, good luck! Every time I used it, my food was never ready. The last time I was at this location I used the mobile app, ordered my food, went to pick it up. My food was ready, but the woman working the drive thru was too lazy to put it on the pickup shelf. I asked her for it and she literally ignored me, let my food sit there at her window, while she continued to service people coming through the drive thru. Very nasty rude employee. Now mind you, I had already ordered before all these people she was servicing, and all her lazy, unconcerned , rude self had to do was literally walk my order to me so I could leave. Nope she continued to make me wait, and had my food literally sitting right next her, getting cold, and just sitting. Finally I yelled to the guy in the back who I guess is the surpervisor, about what she was doing. He made no effort to address her behavior. I asked for my money back, and I have not been to this place at all. People like her is the reason some people are set off at these fast food places, and be careful about people like this making your food, they do not care.But ultimately this is entirely poor management of employees, and the business. I will never come back to...
