Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

Just ordered 2 of the Grilled Cheese Burritos and Cheese Fries. The burritos were missing the cheese on top and my husbands had no beef in the inside, mine had beef but didn’t have the red chips in it. It also felt way over seasoned and spicy. These are mine and my husbands fave we know exactly what they are supposed to taste like. The cheese fries were stale and ice cold. Not only did they give them to a customer like that but they were also over seasoned, I mean the entire fry was a bright red color you couldn’t even see the fry. At first I was excited cuz I like them heavily seasoned but this was completely inedible. It was clear that they were trying to cover up the fact that they were old and stale. I can’t believe anyone is serving food like this. Where's the supervision or corporate? Because this is clearly a constant issue with them. We ordered on DoorDash and could not pick the location, it auto populated to this one. On door dash they have a 4.3 review but that is clearly a lie and it is using all the Taco Bell’s in this area or something as a review total. I had liked the other Taco Bell on Rochester rd and it is closed but I ordered from my favorites list on Taco Bell and it must have auto populated this Taco Bell in place of the other one I favorited, so buyers be aware of the location even if you’re ordering from...

Staff was young immature and rude!... All of my food was intentionally smashed and shook up.... They put a hole in the bottom of the bag, so when I got out of the car, all my food fell out. The kid working at the window asked me not to come back, all bcuz I told him he had forgotten my drinks. Then he closed the drive thru window and refused to return and open it to see what we needed. They didn't give us forks, sauce, napkins, straws, or my RECEIPT! $25+ bucks, down the drain! We honked the horn a few times and waited at least 7/10 minutes for someone to come back to the window. Several staff walked past and just looked at us laughing about it!! I was so appalled at the service I received in my hometown... The city of Rochester.... This taco Bell should be ashamed having employees like this working for them! Check out the photos of my food below!! This is no joke... this is what they gave me!! Horrible service, food & experience! *Update... I live less than a mile from this Taco Bell, but I'd rather drive 3 miles up the road than go to this...

THE WAIT: I pulled in because the line was short, there was only one car between me and the sign. It took about 10 minutes before I got to the sign and submit my order. I figured maybe one the cards ahead of me had a large order... I finally got my food 29 minutes after getting in line. Half an hour for ONE Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a drink! I sat at the window for over 5 minutes, waiting for the food. THE FOOD: 5 minutes to make one item, which was handed to me COLD and not made properly. This was the worst "Cheesy Gordita Crunch" I've ever seen. The cheese layers between the taco shells wasn't melted, it was just shredded cheese. Even the meat was cold. They certainly had long enough to melt some cheese so I don't know what the hell they're doing at this Taco Bell but it isn't good. TLDR: I'd get my food faster driving 5 miles to a different Taco Bell and maybe then it'd actually be good. I saw more cars give up on waiting and leave than they actually served.
