I recently visited a taco food truck that completely blew me away! From the moment I approached the truck, the delicious aroma of freshly made tortillas and spices filled the air, setting the stage for an amazing meal. The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, and I was impressed by the vibrant flavors and quality ingredients.

I tried their carne asada tacos, and they were absolutely incredible! The meat was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, and each taco was topped with fresh cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime that added a burst of flavor. The homemade salsa was the cherry on top—spicy yet refreshing!

If you haven’t tried Taco Cartel, you are seriously missing out! I had the absolute BEST nachos and churros of my life, and I don’t say that lightly. The nachos were loaded, fresh, and bursting with flavor in every bite! Oh and the churros, the Churros!? Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly dusted with extra cinnamon sugar just like I love!!!!!

To top it all off, the service was incredible, Christina was super warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They even surprised me with seconds, which totally made my day. You can tell they put heart into everything they serve. 🌟

If you see Taco Cartel at an event or pop-up, RUN, don’t walk! I can’t wait...

Where do I even start? This is hands down the best taco truck in the metro Detroit area, with all food cooked with avocado oil and all proteins at the highest quality, with the beef being 90/10 and the birria being freshly slow cooked for 10 hours prior. All the tacos are authentic, topped with fresh onion and cilantro! And, the salsas are all home made fresh for each event! The service is incredible and personable, adding to a genuinely great and feel good experience. They always make sure to accommodate to customers needs.
