Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

Although the gas station is incredible, it's unfortunate that this Tim Horton's has to be associated with it as the employees are so lazy it's painful to watch. The first time I went in there I left after standing in line for 10 minutes as one of the two people working was sitting on their phone next to the delivery line doing nothing while the other was working... literally 10 minutes of staring at her phone behind the counter when there was a line.

The next time I went in there were 3 people working. Two were talking to each other and watching a video on their cell and the other was stocking donuts. It took the person in front of me saying "can you put the phone down" before they even acknowledged her.

I said "this has to be a mistake" and decided to go in again today (12/18/2018). There were two people working and while one was cleaning, the other took the girls order in front of me. She was given her coffee and instead of helping me and the next person she wanted to talk to the girl who had all her food about her nails... I gave it almost 30 seconds before I had to say out loud "can I get a coffee real quick?". The girl gave me a dirty look, said something under her breath and started talking to the girl again.

I have no idea where they are getting these employees from because the people who work the gas station/store desk...

Came through here a few weeks ago, and the food was fresh and delicious. Service was great, and the people in the window were really nice. Today, the girl at the window with the long braids and long nails just handed me my food and walked away. I believe she was the order taker too because she seemed completely uninterested and answering a question for a modification. Sometimes these people in the fast food industry are the first person the general public sees in the morning, especially on Monday after all the holidays into the new year… It takes very little to be pleasant and nice.

Should also mention that I asked for an everything bagel, despite the screen saying plain bagel and I confirmed it was an everything bagel at the window upon payment - the girl asked the one who made it and she also said it’s an everything bagel… come home to find out that it’s plain. Upon calling to issue a complaint and ask for a new sandwich the next day, she rudely said “well I didn’t make the bagel and the person that made it said it was an everything bagel ” ok? No apologies, no I’m sorry. We certainly will not be visiting this establishment, at least in the morning rush, if management keeps these...

LIKE MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE PATRONIZED THIS PLACE, I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE SHEER RUDENESS OF MANY OF THE EMPLOYEES. . . . .I had an issue with the cost of my total purchase of $1.00. I tried to explain to the cashier that the total cost including tax should be $1.06 but she refused to hear me out while yelling at me that I had to pay $1.16. I explained to her that Michigan tax on one dollar is .06 ..... Refusing to hear me she rudely grabbed my items off the counter and threw the bag to the side. She then refused to wait on me. These two obnoxious women have no business whatsoever waiting on paying customers. Not only does this hateful cashier "not" know how to count, she and another woman working with her (two peas in a pod) are highly respectful . I have filed a complaint with T.H. corporate and also intend to file a complaint with the state of MI regarding the overcharge of taxes. As far as the owner of this place, shame on him for hiring low life people like these! ..... Does anyone besides me believe he can do much better than employing unskilled and undisciplined former...
