I went here and I was craving some of their mozzarella sticks because they make them pretty gnarly up here specially for the size, they were very enjoyable for the most part, I really love the freshness of the jalapeno poppers, they were phenomenal! I also decided to grab the classic curly fries but it seemed more like a medium than a large unfortunately, although I did get a large fan to Orange. The burger 🍔 what's something new but I haven't tried before so I wanted to try it and it was definitely not what I thought it would be considering this is a really good place to have sandwiches but I would stick to the original Arby's meat itself the burger it was lacking flavor as well as it was very dry but overall it had good Aesthetics and I would never get it again 😳, it may be good for someone else but I didn't enjoy it too well... overall the guy in the Drive-Thru was very nice and very helping as well as hooked us up with a lot of condiments which is awesome and as well as encouraging so that was a great atmosphere to be in as well when you go to order in or out of the restaurant. I'm pretty content with what I got overall and I will be going back there again but I definitely will not be picking up that burger 😉. Cheers 🥂! 💯
Update: 🥳 We recently had a visit and got the new Philly cheesesteak subs, We tried the brisket cheddar sandwich and as well as a few other items and especially their curly fries! It was hot and fresh and ready to go and as well as the manager came by and asked us how our experience was, which was definitely very nice to feel no matter where you're eating, but especially nowadays. I wanted to go back and order some more before we left, but we'll probably go back sometime this week, overall, it was a very pleasant experience and the food was...
Read moreOrdered a classic roast beef combo, instead got smokehouse brisket sandwich. Now I'm not that upset about the horrific drive-through speaker/receiver that probably led to the miscommunication. And I'm not that mad about the horrible construction caused traffic that made it near impossible to return the sandwich in a timely manner. What I am displeased with; is the garbage between two buns that Arby's considers a premium sandwich. So, since I had the displeasure of eating most of it, I will give you my opinion on it. And, maybe somewhere out there, some Arby's mid-level manager/executive will read this review, actually try this "sandwich", and realize the terrible, terrible mistake Arby's has made. Anyways, it starts out with a bun, fairly standard, and then adds some very greasy brisket. Next, mine anyways, had bacon... Ok. Then Barbecue sauce, then mayonnaise, yeah, lots of mayonnaise, and then onion rings (cause, why the heck not?) Instead of a complex blend of southern flavors and styles you get a big hot mess of meat floating on enough fake mayonnaise to make you seriously consider becoming a vegan, all while BBQ soaked onion rings slide out all over the place like sailers jumping from a burning ship. It's all too much, and not of a good thing. I recommend you stick to what made them famous and stay away from their over priced attempt at...
Read moreWhile we were in Rochester. MN recently I completed an online meal order for our dinner. The quality and consistency of their roast beef sandwich draws us back to Arby's often. Their service was a little off today. When I arrived, I was the only customer at their counter. An employee looked at me while restocking fry cartons. I was by the online order pickup sign. When two more customers entered, the employee stopped stocking, greeted them, and approached them to take their order. I saw my order on the counter, bagged, and ready to go when I came in. Feeling ignored and admittedly a bit frustrated, I pointed out I was here first and would like my to-go-order. The look I received wasn't a friendly one, but she did stop and pass my food to me.
While mine was a to go order, I did notice that the restaurant appeared well organized and clean. My visit was after the typical lunch...
