Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Rochester

My business is in Apache mall. My family and I come to this store almost every day to buy coffee. This store used to be our favorite. Their staff are very friendly to my dog. Yesterday, my husband and I bought two cups of coffee. We specifically noted 3 spoons of sugar. When we got it and opened it at home, it was 100% sugar and we couldn't drink it. We threw it away because we have diabetes and can't drink it. When I asked the customer service, she said that if you are very dissatisfied, you can ask them to redo it. In fact, I went back today to ask for this, but I was rejected and discriminated against. I am very angry. They don't think they did anything wrong and are very arrogant. I will report this store to BBB and their headquarters, especially the employee of Oliva and the other one who worked today. She said short hair tall. When you want to complain about your bad experience, don't meet these two people, because their attitude is very bad. I have never seen such a bad employee...

Generally pretty decent service but sometimes the drinks can be a little hit or miss in terms of being made well. The drink I got (a coffee frappucino) isn't supposed to have any whip - as I've been lowkey scolded for specifying no whip before at other locations. I'm lactose intolerant so I always request nondairy milk and no whip on drinks that usually come with whip. Unfortunately for me I got a healthy dollop of whip IN the drink as well as on top lol. Not a huge deal and we drove away since the line was long and it wasn't worth kicking a fuss up about, but I do wish the consistency was better. The attitude of some employees in this store is very bad. Oliva and another female employee are very arrogant. My business is in Apache mall. My wife and I come here almost every day and are loyal customers of this store. They gave me full sugar coffee yesterday, and I only asked for 3 spoons of sugar yesterday. I always order the same drink but it's never too sweet .My wife and I both have diabetes, so we took a sip and threw it away. We contacted customer service, and the customer service said that if we are not satisfied, we can come and change it. When I came here today, their attitude was very bad. This is the worst experience I have had...
