Yes, I was not able to put in a ASAP order the app put it in for 1910. I called the store at 1823 and talked to Katie about having my order out nasal instead of picking up at 1910. I went to store at 1910 and a guy had no idea what I was talking about. They still hadn't made my pizzas. It was after 1910. Then he got the manager who came over with an attitude and I tried to explain but kept cutting me off, telling me to calm down when i was calm. She was the one with the rudest attitude. I already answered her question like my name and what what going on but she kept on badgering me and telling me to calm down without even listening. I asked for her managers name and said I would complain about her attitude and she became even more rude and proceeded to refuse the information. They thought I stepped out of the store when Katie, the one who I spoke with on the phone, came back to the store and started talking about me. I clarified with Katie what she said she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. The manager tried to "talk" to me and I said we already spoke and I just need the pizzas as I won't wngage in their abusive behaviors. She said she would ban me from the system. Apparently I made a typo, and put “SE” instead of “SW” in the address. Even though I specified “St Mary’s Hospital” with the building and entrance, they dropped my food off at the SE counterpart of my location, which was a house. When I called to see why my food hadn’t arrived, whoever answered the phone said “you typed the address wrong, and we delivered it to the address that you provided”. That was after only providing my name. He basically acknowledged that they knew that the address that I gave wasn’t the correct one for the hospital, but instead of calling me to verify, they thought it would be funny to just drop it off somewhere else. So, I paid for dinner for my kids, but instead, they got to eat snacks from the vending machine. Read moreI wasn’t happy having to wait half an hour after leaving the shop for my food, it was hardly warm and Debra was polite but didn’t leave any tip because it took her half an hour to deliver my cool food after leaving the shop that should’ve only taken 5-8 minutes at most. When I called I was told that they had been stacking a very high and unusual amount of calls for delivery. That they would back up everyone else’s orders to redeliver my order after remaking my food, in a rude kind of way. I am not pleased at all and want a refund because I won’t be using this company again. I will also be putting my review on Facebook as well as google.
