My friend and I stopped off at McDonald's for a small bit of refueling while out shopping. In general, I rarely eat "fast food." In fact, I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in over 10 or 15 years. Truth! Anyway, we both got the value menu chicken sandwich and shared 1 order of large fries. The only item that were actually a $1 on the so-called value menu was coffee, a small soda and I don't recall the last item. In addition, it took me a minute to absorb the fact that a large order of fries was almost $5. I know, I know. However, in my defense, remember I have not eaten in a fast food joint in over 10 years đ¤ˇđžââď¸ Anyway, the sandwich only came with mayo, so I requested some mustard and added a bit of ketchup. Can't stand a "dry" sandwich. Anyhoo, the chicken and the sandwich was hot and quite tastee! As always, the fries were yummy. Got to like McDonald's fries. Next to Sonic's seasoned fries which were my all time fav when I did frequent fast food restaurants, McD's fries were always my 2nd favorite. They remain pretty much yummy as I remember. The service was excellent. In fact, while we were still making up our minds, we were kindly asked twice whether we were ready to order. They were not rushing us, they were just offering to provide quick service. Our order was prepared and ready in less than approximately 10 minutes which I think was excellent. However, the table where we sat was rather icky. It was streaked and clearly half cleaned in a rush. Nevertheless, the floors and front counter; soda and condiment counters appeared clean and uncluttered. I didn't not deduct a star for our icky table. I am rating the food and the service. Also, I think that is worth noting, that the bathroom was sufficiently clean. I hate nasty restrooms. Yuke!! Overall , it was a pleasant dining experience. Lastly, in case it is not indicated, we were at the location near the...
Read moreMy most recent experience was Friday August 18th and will also be my last, I've been coming here for years with my kids but today it was just bad. When I pulled up to order there was a sign that was showing a new item the cheesy jalapeno sausage egg and cheese. I tried to order it and was told they don't have it, but they weren't sold out.........okay.....so I ordered a number 7 which is 2 sausage burritos a hash brown and a drink...well I wanted the drink to be a med vanilla cappuccino. When I get to the window to get my food they don't even have the cappuccino machine going and ask me to pull forward.....okay no biggie I don't mind waiting a few minutes....more than 20 minutes later of watching everyone else get their food and drinks I go inside....they gave my coffee to someone else....then they promptly handed me a small cappuccino which was half full and handed me a coupon for a free McAfe drink....so by the time I got to eat my food it was cold and stale like it was under a heat lamp and they were all premade from the day before, coffee was half the size I ordered and was filled hardly at all they just wanted me out of the store.........yeah I won't...
Read moreEveryone has been to a McDonald's the food is standard here's where this location just keeps failing. They have no idea how to use the McDonald's app. I have repeatedly had my card charged only to get to the window to again be charged telling me the payment didn't go through. I was there 2 days ago pulled up to the window same story so I said no this keeps happening. They had me holding up that line for close to 10 minutes while 4 employees huddled around the register determined that no my card really hadn't been charged so I paid cash. Well guess what when I got home I called in for recent transactions and sure enough I absolutely had been charged. I headed straight back and demanded a refund to be told by the SAME staff not an hour later I couldn't get a refund as the receipt says cash and there is no record of the charge despite the time of transaction and price being identical. I've been ripped off close to $40 due entirely to staff incompetence. I will never go to this location again and I strongly caution anyone who does to NEVER use a...
