If I give 0 starts, I absolutely would! So TODAY 5-28-24, I went to this location on Cherry Rd in the drive thru. To start off there was no greeting. So I already knew it could possibly get worse! The young lady said “are you ready to order”? SMH. Then when she proceeded to take my order the background from them loudly laughing employees interfered that I could hardly hear her. They where more interest in the party they were discussing rather than the customers! I repeated my order back 2 twice because she kept saying I can’t hear you yet you’re laughing and joking with coworkers! I stayed to the young lady that she cannot not hear me and me hear here be cause there is too much noise in the background! Mind you the inside is completely empty! Once I finally did finish ordering, I drive around to angry faces because of what I said to the drive thru host. She gets my card ring me up and the order is still wrong! This is so to horse playing on the job and dimpling paying attention! So I’m guessing a manager came to the window once I said this is wrong and I’m assuming it’s a manager because he had the manager shirt on, I know this because my sister is also a manager her on Heckle at Bojangles! The manager pulls my car up to send an nasty attitude young out with my food and she practically shoved it in my window! I then check my food…. Now my food total was $71.17! So of course I’m going to check! Half golf the good was not in the bag. I proceed to go inside because this is ridiculous! I hear the whole staff huff and puff loudly as if I’m annoying them and they sent 71.00 on food! I tell this same manager the issue, he gives me my 4 missing items! I leave no problem…. So I thought! I get home starting pulling everything out and it’s hard hard and cold and a ice block! My chicken was so hard when I bite into that it chipped my front tooth! Literally ! I then proceeded to smell the food and the meat smelt terrible ! The biscuits where so hard, cool and taste like salt and butter, the rice was was mushy and not cooked until done! Omg and the Max and cheesy. It’s tasted like they did properly clean out the pans because it taste like aluminum and soap! I immediately after being disgusted with the food throw the ENTIRE MEAL AWAY EVEN THE BUSYED OPEN SAICES! I do not know who is over this location but PLEASE GET A NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY! Read moreMy 16 year old son and I came to Rock Hill for a week long Basketball tournament, our first time in South Carolina and trying BoJangles (Cherry Rd). There was no line pulling up to drive thru (approx. 4:19pm July13th) and we were told to order when ready. Being our first time took us a few minutes to understand the menu and the person taking our order spoke with a soft voice. I asked if she can repeat what she was saying and asked again if she could help me with understanding the menu. Seconds later a male asked what combo would I like with an aggressive tone and as I attempted to ask again about the menu, he cut me off 2 times asking me what combo would I like. This was very alarming and I told him never mind and as I drove off as he gave a sarcastic "thank you".
I then called the store, asked for a manager hoping to go back to gain the BoJangle experience. I was asked for both shift's managers and was told to hold on. The same male voice at the drive thru picked and told me he was the manager, and he would not give me his name or the cooperate number ,and I would have to google it. I said thank you and he said "Damn" and hung up.
I have reached out to cooperate and hope it will make a difference for customers like me and my family.
As a business owner, I would want to know if my employees preformed poorly, especially when there is a popular fast food chain right next door.
Sad to say we are leaving town without the BoJangle...
Read more1st of all I will tell you I love Bojangles. However this location is way below par compared to any other location I have been to. I placed my order via the Kiosk, grabbed napkins, straw and took a seat. There was one other customer in the dining area who had already received their order. I watched as no other customers had entered and only one drive through customer passed through during my wait time (which btw had to pull forward and wait for thier order to be presented). I noticed two personnel standing around doing nothing while I waited on my order. Just shy of a 15 minute wait time I was given my food. I had to to go back up and ask for my drink (served from behind the counter). The person hesitantly poured my drink while looking over their should to see if the on-screen showed I had purchased the drink, which it showed I did. I was handed the drink with attitude and I returned to my table only to realize the hot sauce I had ordered was also not present. I walked back to the employee behind the counter and asked for hot sauce. As before she glanced over her shoulder to confirm I had added the hot sauce on my order, which I had. Again I was handed the hot sauce with attitude and back to my table I went. The food was cooked well but both their chicken and cajun beans were noticeably over-salted compared to all other location I have been to. Go to Bojangles but not to this location if you want good service...
