Burger King — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Unbelievable! If you have never witnessed a train wreck coinciding with a dumpster fire, this is your opportunity. Working on a project in Rock Hill, I've been to this BK twice with visits being three weeks apart. The first occasion, I asked for the 2 for $6 burgers, BK King, prominently displayed in the window advertisements. The cashier was completely clueless regarding my request as if I had ordered some exotic meal. I explained it was the small burger with two patties, clearly pictured on the sign. She indicated it only had a single patty and engaged the back staff for confirmation. After several minutes of debate, there was agreement that the advertised burger had two patties. Although it may seem gross exaggeration, eighteen minutes later I was presented my meal although I was the only person waiting! My second visit, three weeks later, I entered the drive thru, observing four cars in front of me. I waited approximately 10 minutes, noticing that no cars were advancing. Fortunately I was last in line and able to back out and go inside, thus the dumpster fire. Although there were three people behind the counter and I could observe an additional three in the cooking area, there was complete chaos. There was constant verbal exchange between front and back regarding orders. I clearly heard mention of having to remake orders due to mistakes. All the orders, viewable on the monitor were flashing red due to long waits and unbelievably I heard "they have been waiting 30 minutes", regarding a drive thru customer. Someone indicated that the window person should express extreme apology for the long wait, followed by "Ask the next customer what they ordered because we don't know". Considering this was the next car in line behind the customer needing an apology, blocked by two cars behind thus unable to flee. Although complete incompetence and confusion on the part of the staff, constant loud bickering between front and back staff and mixed up orders, the manager on duty indicated " I'm going outside for a smoke" and promptly went outside. My typical behavior would have been leaving and going to another burger joint as there are ample choices on Cherry Road but, like rubbernecking at an accident for a better view, this was far too much chaos to abandon as I was treated to twenty additional minutes of slapstick comedy before receiving my burgers. One star is simply not low enough for a business that clearly sets a standard that would require an excavator to tunnel under a bar that low. It would be an understatement to simply indicate that I was amazed at the incompetence and awe that this place remained in business. I’m not sure about the lunches and dinners here but the breakfast croissants are phenomenal they are so delicious I always get a two for four dollars coupon in the mail that includes two croissants two hashbrowns and two drinks for four dollars and it is my favorite thing to eat for breakfast out of anywhere in this world. The breakfast croissants are always tasting fresh thesausage and bacon are always cooked just right with cheese melted on it it’s such a delight to my taste buds. Not to mention the wonderful hashbrowns just are so amazing. And to be honest the morning shift has never failed me yet. The coupon comes with two coffees but I am not a coffee drinker or so I asked to substitute it for orange juice they always allow me to do that I am so thankful for the wonderful workers at Burger King on Cherry Road thank you so much for making the best breakfast croissants I have ever had in my entire life. I will recommend this place to anyone that I ask and I will continue to come here every time I get a coupon this...

the wait was longer than expected for just one car ahead through drive through. first time ordering from here in the area, once i gotten to eat, the food was not too great. the tea was just the same and the fries were not golden seemed under cooked. for a large order they don't really give that many fries. the cap to the drink was not right at all like it was the wrong cut and so picking up the drink it would leak out the sides and it was loosely on.. haven't really been a fan of burgers king recently this put the last nail in the coffin for me. when i got back to work, told the people at work and they even mentioned, "oh yeah this burger king here is not great at all" not a very good thing to hear from the locals.. big disappointment for sure.. so sad. never will visit any burger king again. i wasn't even given a receipt so i had to leave this publicly.. sorry but if you are reading this, you have...
