Panera Bread — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Gave a two bc the sandwiches are bomb! But the manger Casey was disrespectful to me today. After being notified at the register that I have accumulated points for spending $$ there… I could get a free drink. Register employee said to me “your drinks will be ( over there ) “ pointing at the food station. Patiently waiting 20 min , having to be the last one served in that little waiting que with others I politely asked Casey if that was my order , she was the one standing there at the station and had just finished my order. Since I only saw the pomegranate lemonade I had purchased… and not a cup for my earned rewards freebie

She said “That’s all”, I said well can I please get my free drink that I had rewards for as well and she looked at me funny : said nothing: I repeated .. then she reached out and grabbed the cup just holding it , instead of reaching out , providing it / saying I’m sorry would be just too much .. but my problem is she proceeded to turn to a customer that had walked by to wait and laughed at me as I did not have a lid ( they are behind register) and had me put on a soup lid.

After being embarrassed.. and spending my lunch hour being disrespectful .. back to work I had to go, before leaving I spoke to her and she jokingly laughed and said well can I get you your lid for you now …

All I asked was please don’t disrespect any more customers today over a drink because it was rude and I felt hurt and shaking to a point of anxiety creeping in.

50$ ain’t worth that with that type of service Disrespectful.. in my professional opinion SHES NOT MANAGER MATERIAL.

I’m never one to leave reviews online but this morning warranted it. Came in with a simple order of a large iced coffee and oatmeal. After waiting 15 minutes (they weren’t even busy) they bring out the food. They bring out a small iced coffee. I let the extremely rude foreign food runner know that it was not a large and she argued with me for a good 30 seconds that it was a large, and the next size up was a “grande”. THEY DONT EVEN SELL A “GRANDE”. Then trying to be a smarta** she brings out a kids cup. My sister was with me and ordered the exact same thing as me and mysteriously her order was almost a dollar more than mine (sounds like someone put a tip on there, manager couldn’t even explain it). Finally fed up with everything we just ask to get our money back. The manager agrees with me that I was given a small iced coffee. Then the little skinny girl behind the counter starts slamming stuff around running her mouth (talking all ghetto) behind the counter. I straight up tell the manager he needs to figure out the attitude because it’s uncalled for, and he ADMITS that they are having an “attitude issue” with the staff. WHAT?!? You send them home and if they can’t act right next time you get rid of them!!! I will drive 15 extra minutes to go to the Fort Mill location before I EVER go back to this awful store again!!! Been a customer for 10+...

I go to this Panera all the time, have for a while and I have never had any issues until recently. I'm normally not the type of person to write reviews but I am not happy. The past few times I have came the employees taking my order have been extremely rude but nothing comes close to what I experienced today. I walked up to the counter to order my food and the women taking it seemed to be in a very bad mood and but I smiled anyway and was polite. She rolled her eyes at me several times while I was ordering and she didn't even give me time to put my money in my wallet and I was also holding the tracker and my hands were full and I could tell she was getting annoyed because she was handing me my cup and I couldn't get it, as I said before my hands were full. I finally grabbed it, she gave me the dirtiest look when I walked away and as I was walking away I guess she thought I couldn't hear her but I was completely in shock by what I heard. She cussed me out under her breath. I sat there in shock and to be completely honest I was so disgusted by her attitude I debated on going up to the counter and getting my money back and leaving and spending it somewhere else with better service. I will not be coming back here anymore. I understand some people have bad days but that is no excuse to disrespect a...
