**EDIT 11/15/2021** Our last 2 visits have been much better than visits earlier this year/late 2020. Toni (manager) is back and you can definitely see a difference when she’s in the restaurant. The Baked Buffalo Chicken was on special tonight and since I’d had pizza for lunch I decided to branch out a little. Excellent decision. Grilled Chicken over Penne Rigate with a creamy (not overly spicy) Buffalo Sauce with Bacon and (cooked) Red Onions. The entire dish was smothered in Mozzarella and baked. 2 in a row. Getting back on track for sure. I’m happy to see this. Picture will be posted. **Edit 5/15/2021** Place has gone downhill in the last year. Food is still good but service is pretty terrible. 3 bad visits in a row has done it for me. Can’t go back. ** *EDIT* I'm not changing anything about my initial review but I wanted to add: All of the waitstaff here are fantastic but we frequently get helped by Toni. Again, not downplaying anyone else, we just seem to get Toni a lot. She is super-fantastic. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and, by doing this, makes our visits (which are frequent) EXTRAORDINARY! Best pizza in town and maybe on Earth...at least in this hemisphere. Marinara is 10/10. Friendly staff. Excellent prices. Lunch buffet 7 days a week and it is ridiculously low-priced ($5.99 from 12:00 - 2:00PM). The owner (I'm pretty sure) regularly makes rounds in the dining room having conversations with patrons. Always a great time.

This place doesn't even deserve a star but I had no other choice. The pictures below were taken at 1:00 the buffet hours were from 12:00 to 2:00. As you can see there's nothing on the buffet. Me and my son were very disappointed. The crust on the pizza wasn't even done it was doughy. I asked for a salad the lady said it was a dollar extra I was hungry so I said ok she brought me some lettuce, ranch, onions and some tomato in a bowl. I asked her does it not come with some cheese. She said it would be a dollar. I asked her could I have croutons. In front of my son the manager said if you're nice you can get them for free but if not it bumps up the price. She was clearly not joking. The two ladies I dealt with the manager at the cash register and the older lady that greeted us and was at the buffet bar we're very rude. The young server was okay and was just trying to do her job. We will never be back there and I don't see how anyone would make a return visit to that place. This is the first bad review I've ever gave anywhere.

Don’t let the store front fool you. This was amazing!!! This place is quaint and very casual. Pictures of Italy and Nee York all over. We went wanting pizza (which by the way looks amazing) but ended up discovering that the place has amazing Italian dishes. Our waitress was extremely helpful with the menu and super friendly. We ordered the spaghetti meatballs - The meatballs were cooked perfectly - moist and just right on the flavor. The red sauce was thick not runny, with just the right acidity balance with a semi sweet taste - delicious 😋. The penne dish was extremely well done - creamy and not runny, and they are not shy on bacon for this dish. All dishes come with a salad (i got the Greek for $1 more). The prices are just right for anyone or a family to enjoy great Italian dishes. Overall, great experience leaving satisfied and happy. We will be back to try the pizzas and many other dishes from the menu.

Came in for my first time last week and this was my experience. Was greater immediately when I walked in the door. Ashley was our server and she seemed very knowledgeable and had a friendly persona about her.

We order shrimp scampi, fettuccine Alfredo for my daughter and my spouse had a meatball sub that came with fries.

While waiting for our food a nice lady who I assumed was the manager (collared shirt and professional) came over and offered our daughter coloring sheets (life saver).

Our food came at a reasonable time however The only thing we were not happy with while waiting for our food was the loud cursing coming from the kitchen area. As well as some loud music, it just wasn’t the right atmosphere for my four-year-old daughter to be in maybe it’s because we sat by the kitchen door.

Now here comes while we gave it three stars. The meatball sub, The fries were greasy didn’t seem like the oil was very fresh. And they definitely over toasted the sub roll. However, the meatballs were delicious. My shrimp scampi was pure oil. No flavor. My daughter’s fettuccine was good and she did eat it. It was just very over garlicky. We just took out the big chunks of garlic that were in it.

During the meal, the same lady that offered the coloring sheets came over and asked how our food was. We were completely honest with her and she was so nice.. She said she was there for over eight years. She Apologized for the loud music and cursing when we approached her with it. She did ask if we wanted anything remade, but we were not comfortable having anything resent to the kitchen. So I did eat the shrimp only and my husband just ate the meatballs out of the sub.

You knocked out of the park with your friend and you’re lucky to have the girls that do upfront. However, the kitchen definitely needs some work. The manager told me next time we were there to ask for her yet again I do not remember her name and that she would make it right

The waitress was spot on the entire time! So we tipped her good because of it. All we ask is to make it more kid friendly, and make sure that everyone knows that you can hear everything that comes out of that kitchen if you sit near the door.

We might try to come back again if we can get the same people who took care of us last time since they knew the...

My bf and I had ordered from Mario's for the first time about 2 months ago. My "Shrimp Scampi" (if you can call it that) was disgusting and had whole uncooked chunks of garlic. The noodles and barely cooked shrimp were literally just thrown in lemon juice and sent to me. My bf got the fettuccine and I honestly don't know how you could mess up fettuccine but it was super gross! I've never had this bad of Italian food before, however, instead of leaving a bad review, I contacted the company through their contact page. The manager got back to me the next day and sincerely apologized and said that when they received the order their mane cook had already gone home for the night so they asked a different cook if he was able to make it which he said he could..obviously not. Anyways, the manager was super nice and said that we would get two free meals of our choosing whenever we would like which I was happy with. I really wanted to give them another shot since they had great reviews for the most part.

We attempted to place an order about 3 weeks ago for our free meals and the manager on duty basically called me a liar and said that I had the wrong restaurant and she would need to ask her owner if he remembers what happened or else there was nothing she could do. She then told me to call another local Italian place (which I did) because she said I was clearly mistaken. I called them and surprise surprise..not the right place. I know that I ordered from Mario's. I told her that her owner knew about the situation and to ask him. She kept me on hold and when she came back she apologized for not believing me and said that he knew about the situation.

So after being on the phone with her for a half hour, she says that it's after their delivery time and we would have to come pick up the food! First of all, I originally paid for delivery and my meal was inedible, secondly when I had called in it was well within their delivery time and she kept me on the phone for a half hour trying to prove to her that I had indeed been on the list for 2 free meals. The owner said that they weren't able to deliver it so I just hung up and told them I would never be back again. Honestly just can't believe that this is how you treat your customers. 1 star is still too good...

We visited this establishment on Sunday around 5:00 pm. We sat down and a wait person promptly came over to take our drink orders. We scanned the menu and by the time we got our drinks we werecready to order. My husband ordered Eggplant Parmesan with a greek salad and a order of calamari. He was told they were out of Eggplant Parm. So while he was deciding on what else to select I ordered the Chicken Marsala with a greek salad and a large cheese pizza to try. The husband decided on a chicken Parmesan sandwhich. She went in to place the order and came back to let me know they were out of chicken marsala. At that point we should have got up to leave but wanting to support local business instead of a chain we stayed. I ended up ordering the Chicken Parmesan dinner. She went to put my order in and came back to let us jnow they were out of the makings for a greek salad so offered us the regular one instead. When the calamari came she told my husband he was lucky because he had gotten the ladt order as they had run out if that as well. He wascso overwhelmed he didn't realuze that they had not put the hot peppers in. Half wasy thru he realized and called a different wait person over and asked if they were supposed to be hot peppers in the dish. He was told that normally the do serve them with hot peppers but were out of them them. That was the last straw. We ate our food and left. There is no way they make the sauce and dough fresh everyday as stated on their website because it was absolutely horrible. One of the worst experiences ever. The man sitting behind me who was just hanging out came over to explain they had been busy the night before and the was the reason they were out of everything. Aren't most good restaurants busy. What a lame excuse. The wait staff told us itvwas because they were short...
