First and foremost, what in the world happen to the sign outside? It looks like it has been through a hurricane and forgotten. Drive thru service: horrible Food and beverage: very unsatisfied Overall appearance: fair
Whoever the shift managers are need to explain to their team members that attitude is key to happy customers. If team members held a positive attitude it will make customers happier no matter the issue with their order (most customers). When visiting this location (three times), the individual taking drive thru orders always seemed unhappy like she just didn’t want to be at work. She seem aggravated that she had to take orders. The hiring manager should be a bit more selective when hiring people, yes it’s only McDonald’s but I was once a hiring manager of McDonald’s and millions of people apply, so you CAN be very selective. And if you hire someone and have to remind them how to provide positive customer experience then write ups should happen and they need to be fired. The first two visits I always had to alter my order because they kept saying they didn’t have what I was asking for which was on the menu. Okay cool no problem. The tea was horrible!! Whoever is making the tea needs to be retrained. Learning not to order tea there again, the second time I went I ordered a small caramel frappe and that was it. I waited about 10 minutes in the line before I made it to the pay window just to get to the second window and get asked to pull up behind another car that was already waiting. Then a lady yelled out the window for me to go to a parking spot because the car that was already waiting wasn’t pulled up far enough. Very unprofessional but cool I proceeded to move to the parking spot and wait for another 10 minutes. A lady finally brought out a watery frappe, I said thank you and she just walked off.. Do the owners not care about this...
Read moreWaited in line for almost 20 minutes after I ordered. There was an SUV in front of me holding up the line while waiting on their drinks. The man got out of his car several time demanding some service. I saw the server come out to the car in front of me with my coffee in her hand. I was waving my hand trying to get her attention yet she gave me the ”wait signal” and still ignored me. Then left and went back inside the restaurant with my coffee . Turns out that the car in front of mine was waiting on four drinks, yet I was told rudely by the same server to ”move out the way because I was holding up the line!” I moved even though I was not at fault and was only waiting on one drink. There was enough space behind me for the line to move which is why I don't understand why I was forced to move. It shouldn't take that long to make a frozen drink!! Several minutes go by and THE SAME SERVER comes back out asking me if I ordered a chicken biscuit? I shook my head and showed her my receipt while explaining to her that she gave my drink to the customers in front of me. She comes back out with my drink and two coupons like i really want to come back to this location against repeat this experience. #Nah People don't want your sorry coupons. We want quality service! This specific location is known around town for always providing poor service and...
Read moreWe had an awful experience. We ordered at the kiosk, got the adult drink, then waited 15 minutes before an associate asked what we wanted. She realized the order was missed and told the staff to "make it a good one.” Waited another 10 minutes. No receipt was given.
This was a birthday lunch for school, and once we got there we discovered the food issues. BOTH Happy Meals were missing the box of chicken nuggets and one didn't get the second side item. We cut up my quarter pounder burger to give to the kids instead, but it was pink so they couldn't get much. One of my daughters ate half of her apples before we realized they had a reddish brown tint. Both bags of apples expired that day; apples don't brown unless unsealed or really old.
Of course, with a short school lunch time we can't go back and get it fixed then come back to school. It's not worth 20 minutes of driving afterwards to stand in line and argue the points after we ate what we could and tossed the rest. So they got our money and we got little food. I emailed McDonald’s and was simply told owner would reach out. Nobody called me or offered anything.
In summary - no receipt, forgotten order, missing meat item in 2 meals, missing side item, expired/rotten side items, and an undercooked third main item. Around $20 for a partial meal which was...
