Updated: my daughter received a free birthday burrito so we placed an order on the app Sunday Aug 21, 2022... there was a glitch in the app causing multiple items at checkout. We attempted to cancel the order but could not so we immediately called the restaurant within 2 minutes). A female employee answered the phone simply saying "Moe's" and when I informed her of the app error, she replied they had already begun making the order. I informed her again that I wanted 3 burritos, one was supposed to be free but the order went from $19.72 to almost $40. It was incorrect and I wanted it fixed or canceled. She again replied they were already making the order so I replied that I wanted it canceled. She said "hold on" and after a few moments a male employee who never identified himself answered the phone to state again that they had started making the order... I simply didn't understand why this was emphasized so many times when that was precisely the issue. They were making an order that I did NOT want because items had been added that we did NOT order. I again stated to cancel the order and he said that he couldn't cancel it but would issue a refund. As I was saying thank you, he hung up the phone! 8 days later, I never received a refund of the $37.81 so I disputed it through my bank to receive my credit. Read moreThey’re like a horrible version of chipotle. Really it’s pointless. -First off the whole reason I wrote this review is because I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD ON THE TRAY HOLDING MY FOOD. I wanted my money back but threw the whole meal away with receipt in the bag it now has food all over it so I’ll settle for sharing my experience in hopes it helps the company and customers. —walked in employees looking and acting miserable — the place could’ve been cleaner including drink station counter, food counter etc. —-I orders a veggie quesadilla the veggies they cook don’t look like normal natural green peppers and onions, their veggies were SLIMEY. Like okra but it wasn’t okra in it so it was nasty 🤢.
All in all I feel I wasted my money coming here to begin with. This was a catfish location. Meaning you drive by the building it looks like they may have good food but when you actually go in and order, you’re absolutely disappointed either by the lack of GOOD customer service or the lack of GOOD food.
When your company is similar to another like they are to chipotle or moes..….the wise thing to do is to SHOW what makes you stand out from the company. Going here made me wonder why they are in business. Going here made me realize why chipotle is the GOAT. Im absolutely disappointed.

I was six months pregnant working there, I was at the lowest point in my life and when I went to work she would talk about me to other workers, gossip, talk crap like I wasn't even there. She didn't teach me everything I needed to know she got mad at me when I only ran the register but that's the only thing she trained me on. I believe because I didn't tell her up front that I was pregnant she started treating me differently then everyone. She still hasn't even sent out my W2 for last year. (2024). She fake smiles, she has the worst attitude. And I believe that I was solely laid off bc she judged me before even getting to know me. All of the girls working with me saw the issue she had with me. I asked her a reasoning and she texted me and cussed me out. for someone who just had a baby while I was carrying one was not understanding at all. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE TO EAT OR WORK AT. Please do better ma'am! But I will be calling corporate Monday...
