Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I don't go anywhere else since this Scooter's opened up. They are more affordable and faster than starbucks, and their drinks aren't mostly syrup like Dunkin. - the staff is friendly and will joke around with you, which is nice to have a casual interaction without being treated like a "valued customer" iykyk - and they do little giveaway treats throughout the year too which brightens my day, even if its a cute lil sticker. Plus if you're like me and your one of those people who is trying to be a little bit more mindful of a consumer, and Scooters in different locations have done fundraisers for their community and even nationally recognized nonprofits (without asking/begging you to make a donation as a free extra tax write off, itll be something like 10% of proceeds from a specific day which is a green flag imo), although I would like to see them pay their employees more (Cherry Road especially is a good team that deserves it). Be careful going to this location. Drive through girl seems to be down most times I go and does not hear the order correctly to do nothing to fix it. I went Saturday 8/23 to place an order for two drinks. It was a white chocolate mocha with sweet cold foam and one small iced crème pie latte. I received the white chocolate mocha correctly and the creme pie was just a mocha drink (that I did not order, but that is what she heard so…) When I bring it to her attention she seems confused and not understanding. She says “you said mocha” I told her a white chocolate mocha and not a regular mocha for the other drink; which was supposed to be a crème pie latte. Long story short I paid twice, left with three drinks I didn’t need because they refused to remake it but quick to charge me for what I didn’t order only because that is what she heard and will not redo the one coffee she got wrong. My husband, our little dog and I visited for the first time today. The Candyland decor outside is super cute! The employees are super sweet and gave our dog a little pup cup.
