I went today may 6th around 2:30 I don’t know if this girl is new or needs some more training I asked her for a Reese layered Sunday she puts one scoop of ice cream in a cup and is asking me what else goes with it like girl you work there what do you mean?she was making the wrong thing I told her again which one it was and then again she goes and is making it wrong she’s asking the girl she’s working with what goes in it and all and then she still makes me wrong after her coworker told her what goes in it… I had literally asked her for extra peanut butter sauces and she didn’t even put it I had reminded her it has the peanut butter sauces when she was tryn check me out for this Sunday $8 girl you better be putting all my toppings and only then did she put it and she was stingy asl with it like girl be fr she needs to get retrained or some maybe this job just ain’t for her it’s not...

Normally the staff and everything here at the Newburg location is fine but it was 8:50pm tonight (Monday) when we drove past and the place is completely dark and locked up yet hours say they're open til 10pm on here.

Please update your hours so others like myself don't have disappointed kids hoping to get ice cream on the way home from extracurriculars for a bedtime snack. I manage the Google hours for a local business and so I know it's a super quick and easy process to update them. I see others have complained about them not being updated in recent weeks and it still hasn't been done. If you need help let me know - whoever is responding to the Google reviews also has the capability to update the business...

Been going here forever. Music was so loud yesterday I couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear me or my husband. My husband had two scoops on a regular did they charge some extra for an hour or so charge $6 for two scoops. I don't know if the price is gone up I did not look up at the menu. The girl that dipped his gave him two decent sized dips mine was dipped by somebody else and my scoops were so tiny they were smaller than any child size scoop I've gotten in the past. Also charged for my cone to put the ice cream on. No we did not get waffle cones. I've never been so disgusted with a place before that I used to love. My bill came to $12 and something.
