I’ve been going to this specific beef a roo for about five months five days a week. It may sound weird but I get the exact same thing every single day. I get a birthday cake shake and a cheese curd and that’s it. Every ten visits I save five dollars. So cool. Well yesterday I went and get the same thing I always do. I left and took a drink of my milkshake and immediately noticed it tasted different. I took a few more sips and was like okay this isn’t birthday cake. It had sprinkles and looked right but tasted way different. So I called and they told me to bring it back and get the correct one. That’s what I did. The lady said sorry a lot of them look similar and sometimes we mix them up. I was happy because they were honest and corrected it no problem it was then right shake. So then today the very next day I go again on my lunch order the exact same thing. I get back to work take a drink and what do you know??? It’s the same shake they gave me yesterday. So I called and told the lady what happened yesterday and that I had the same issue today and I said I would like to bring it back and get the correct one. She proceeds to tell me that it’s the right shake and that management was there so it must be right. I said no this is the same flavor they gave me yesterday. It taste like tiramisu… she starts to talk to me like I’m asking for something for free! I said I just want to bring this one back and get then right one i don’t like this. She then goes on to say that it’s lunch time and they’re busy. I said okay but I want to swap it. She asked me if it had sprinkles? I said yes but it’s the wrong flavor again. She says well idk but like I said management is here it must be right. But if you insist I’ll take it off your order and you’ll get a refund back on your card in a week or so… I said no I want to bring it back and get the right one. She said it’s the right one but I’ll refund it! It’s probably a different brand then you’re used to. I said no because when they remade it yesterday it was right. She then said again it is right but you’ll get your money back. I’m throwing it away and will not be returning to this...
