Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rockford Township

My wife, mother-in-law, and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike's Subs, and the experience left us thoroughly impressed.

First and foremost, the restaurant's cleanliness was top-notch, reflecting a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.

The standout feature of our visit, however, was the remarkable service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful throughout our meal.

As for the food, I opted for the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, and it was made to perfection. Each bite was a delightful combination of tender chicken, crispy bacon, and the rich flavors of ranch dressing. It was evident that great care went into crafting this sandwich.

For my wife and mother-in-law, the real treat came in the form of custom vegetarian sandwiches, which, to our surprise, aren't even listed on the menu. The addition of an array of vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, and mushrooms, all roasted to perfection with an enticing blend of spices and sauces, made their sandwiches truly special. The exact sauce might elude my memory, but it was undoubtedly a fantastic choice that elevated the overall taste.

Both my wife and her mother were not only pleased with the custom options but also pleasantly surprised by the generous portions.

While we didn't explore the sides or beverages on this visit, the focus on the sandwiches alone left us entirely satisfied.

One minor suggestion would be to consider installing fly traps to ensure that the dining experience remains...

Absolutely appalled by the service I received today and will not be returning. This chain as failed me over and over but today was it. I came in at the end of lunch rush and had 6 different subs in front of me and they asked what I wanted on club sub. Mikes way no tomato, I did not receive bacon, onion, or mayo on my sub. I did not catch this mix up due to the numerous subs in front of me but I had to wait for a hot sub and opened mine up to double check when I found this error I brought it up and informed a young lady working who had K. A. M. I believe in her visor and she said they make it right in front of you and you should have said something then. I fought really hard to keep my mouth shut and she added the missing ingredients to my food. I absolutely love jersey mikes and would get it any chance I could get but sadly today was the last straw and I will not be returning. I hope the owner or manager sees this and can help inform KAM on how to be a good forward facing customer service individual as I had been for years growing up and would never speak to a customer like that. Growing up and living over on the east coast in NYC and every summer heading down the shore to Pt. Pleasant to enjoy the beach and the boardwalk, Jersey Mikes slowly became the Late lunch/Early dinner pre boardwalk place for us to grab some sandwiches take em back to the house and eat before heading to the rides. When I moved out here last year I was very happy to have a Jersey Mikes so close. Its a little bit of home for me and grab a sandwich at least once a week.

Anyone who has had their subs before already knows it, but anyone looking to try them for the first time. Just do it. They are tasty, huge (If you get the giant) and the staff at this location are extremely friendly and fast. Very good at multitasking. I have been there a few times during the peak lunch time rush, and they have handled it like champs!

I highly recommend Jersey Mikes Subs. If its this one in Rockford or anyone anywhere....you gotta...
