I've always enjoyed the Taco truck service & thought about trying out their sit down restaurant. I'll never go back. Stopped In for the 1st time Sat 07/13 at 1pm. The young girl at the register told us to go around to the left side to order instead of the Rt Side. (Sorry paisa. My 1st time) Husband & I had to repeat our order in both English & Español x3. Once paying, we weren't told to take a seat...nada. We sat down & as I read the receipt the order was STILL wrong smh! I went up & told la chica we ordered our tacos with everything (Cebolla, Cilantro y Limon) instead she took it upon herself to do it the American way (Cheese, sour cream & lettuce). I told her we wanted them Mx style not American. Again, I told her in English & Español. She refused & said the order was already in & there was nothing she could do. I requested my $ back & told her I would go elsewhere since that's not what I had ordered. She shook her head, took the receipt from me & just ran to the kitchen without saying a word. Common Raza! A simple apology would have gone a long way. I waited & she came back out & went back to the register. Not a word was said to us. Instead she and another young lady gossiped about us & kept eyeing us. I was livid by this point. I'm paying you for a service Paisa & she didn't have the respect to say a thing to us. The order finally came out & ofcourse the drinks where missing. All I can say mija is Stay In school & get a degree. Customer Service is not your specialty. I would have thought the older woman whom also works there would have come to us with a simple apology. Nope. Pura Ignorancia de Nuestra propia Raza. I'd give minus stars if I could. Just an fyi social media spreads quick & so do videos. It's called R E S P E C T or R E S P E T O. Como lo quieras intender niña.
