It was our first time here. It was very easy parking in the garage and walking over. The cost was $15. While we were inside, I'd say they needed more room. Having 2 lines checking people in a very tight space. If you have anyone in a wheelchair, disabled or heavier set, this wouldn't be ideal. The bathrooms were well stocked. The store was closed with what we thought was odd. Only merchandise you could buy was on the floor of the arena. I did like how easy it was to walk to our seats, even though we had to ask because our tickets were confusing. The seats had no numbers on them, so several times, we had to ask people to move. The pricking for the tickets was great. However, the fees that go along with it are insane. It shouldn't cost $60 in fees. This is why people can not afford to come and there's so many empty seats. Ensure there's accurate description on seating areas listed in your purchasing website. This will allow customers to make an accurate decision based on the needs...

We would definitely return for a show as there doesn't appear to be a bad seat in the whole arena. The sound quality was good as well. The seats were a bit uncomfortable after a few hours. The steps were not lit. During the show, several people who didn't see the dark colored steps coming up from the floor nearly tripped. I can see those steps being a serious injury possibility at some point, especially when someone has had quite a bit to drink. The women's restrooms were plentiful. However, the men's restroom was on the other side of the arena because the one near our section was closed off. I'm not sure if that happens all the time or just a one-off for this event. In any case, we enjoyed the show and would come back for...
Read moreVery nice, easy to access venue with attached parking garage. Handicapped accessible with elevator in parking garage. Weather protected walk from lit to venue. Security check was quick and efficient. Please note, bags have to be very small in order to bring them into the stadium. Might want to check website for allowable dimensions. VERY long bathroom lines, but bathrooms are clean and easily accessible for wheelchair, walker or rollator. Fairly inexpensive menu choices--typical stadium food like walking tacos, nachos, popcorn, pretzels, etc. Taco, nachos and two soft drinks cost us $35.00. Seating is comfortable with ample-sized seats and with good views from just about every angle. Great place to see a game...
