Panda Express — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I’ll admit to not having been here before, but was really in the mood for Chinese food, so looked up the menu to decide what to get before heading over. If the online menu is accurate they don’t offer ANY individual bowls or plates. They offer soft drinks and large order catering, and even with catering, they literally only offer ONE item. Why/how are they even in business?!?!

If I’m in the area some time and in the mood for Chinese, I might swing by, but considering it’s out of the way, I don’t foresee that happening. And considering the reports I’ve heard from others (not read here) it’s not exactly anything special, or I’d consider reaching out to them to double check. I really only looked them up in the first place because they’re the only Chinese place open this time of night that does carry out, and I’ve been to the family owned dine in Chinese restaurants in town — you’re better off with a frozen PJ Chang meal from the...

Horrible customer service. I'm a diabetic who can't process aspartame, so I'm very limited in what I can drink when I eat at restaurants. They have Fresh Brewed Iced Tea on the menu there. I specifically ordered the Iced Tea, was asked what size, and given a cup, the girl then pointed to the drink station. Only issue, there is no Iced Tea at the station. When I asked about it I was told they don't have Iced Tea and I'll need to drink something else. I advised the only other thing I can drink is water, and I'm not paying $2.50 for water. They refused to refund me for the drink, the manager even said "I can't refund you just because we don't have what you want." even though it's what they sold me. Ended up leaving without a drink or refund. Will never give this company my business again. I work in Customer Service and was actually offended by how badly they handle...

I've been to this location before and everything's been great. This time, however, I ordered the Wok Seared Steak & Shrimp. I literally got 3 pieces of shrimp and 2 1/2 very small pieces of steak. 90% of what I paid an extra $1.25 for was potatoes. The noodles were cold and in general, this visit was not good at all. Lesson: Avoid the Wok Seared Steak & Shrimp. It's not worth it. 7/2/2019 update: I ordered online, got there (at the time the order told me to) to pickup my food, it wasn't done, in fact I was told to take a seat while they cooked more. After 15 minutes I got up and went to the register where I was asked what I wanted. I said, "The food I ordered online about 25 minutes ago." Only then did they start putting together my togo stuff.
