I've been thinking about this all year.  My wife loves Diet Coke from Chick-fil-A. Every day like clock work she stops to get her LDC (Large Diet Coke)🥤.  I don't know what they put in the drink that makes it so addictive,  but she has her mother now taking the journey to gather the drink of the God's on a daily basis also.

So I thought that money 💲could make me the husband of the year. I walked into the Rockford site and told them. I'll give you $100 dollars and all of my Chick-fil-A points if you would please open the door on Sunday (Mother's Day) and get me 1 LDC for my wife. If you could do this for me I would be forever cemented as the GOAT 🐐 to my wife.

Without blinking (Eva) said . . . I'm so sorry. I don't believe we can do that, BUT please leave your name and number and I will give it to our operating manager!  She could have just said no, but she offered a solution to a opportunity..Koodos 👏🏾!

Not even 15 minutes passed and the operating manager (Vance) called my phone 📞. He relayed the message that unfortunately they cannot open on Sunday to fill the request. It made me sad for 3 seconds 😭. He then offered a solution. He said, "How about I get you a bag of our ice🧊 and cups🥤. You can pay for a drink and then on Mother's Day you can provide an LDC for her so that  you have a good day!" Brilliant idea!

I dropped in and picked up the ice, cup, and drink and hid it in the outside refrigerator for morning!  Once🌄 morning hit, I peacocked 🦚 my way into the kitchen ( because I knew I  was DA MAN💪🏿) and gave her this drink that she is utterly addicted to. Her eyes lit up like stars and the items that the kids had bought her for Mother's Day took an immediate back seat for a split second as the dopamine elevated in her veins lol🤯!

She took a drink and sad to say that it didn't taste very good after sitting all night, but that is completely beside the point of this review👍🏽.

The purpose of this review is to say THANK YOU🙏🏾 to my Rockford Chick-fil-A!  The culture of this facility should be a milestone for all Chick-fil-A's!  It's not that the taste wasn't what was expected, it's the fact that you have shown that you have SOLUTION PROVIDERS!!!!!

Anyone can make a sandwich because the task is repetitive. When you can provide solutions, it makes you more of a larger piece of a dynamic world!! I am truly thankful and grateful for the understanding and the assistance that was given to help my family have a better day! You are amazing! 😁🙃🫡

In addition - I'd rather, wait behind 25 cars at Chick-fil-A than 5 cars at McDonald's. This is the Pinnacle of fast food service. I couldn't even get my card back in my wallet before they started pushing my food through my car window. Great attitudes and friendly...

Considering I have the most viewed photo of this franchise location on google maps, approaching nearly 4,000,000 views it’s time to write an astonishing review to strike fear into the competition for which I will probably also review at a future time. Let us begin; the first chick-fil-a location within the greater Rockford area. All the rockfordians gather with joy and huge expectations during my freshman year of high school. Let’s skip a bunch this is already to long. After eating here probably 15-20 times since opening I’ve experienced busy days, late night, & early mornings (this covers “openin” to “closin”) and these are times that usually Frey me away from fast food. This location is particularly special I’ve never once had a problem with the employees that are always happy to serve. I once had a small mistake and not only did they give me a refund, & new meal but also threw in a cookie. Let’s have more fun with this again… even though Chick-fil-A has crafted controversy in its past ( and present). I think this just adds character and makes it an even better restaurant, I mean have you ever met someone that’s so in the middle you just tune them out. that’s not the Chick-fil-A I know. The Chick-fil-A I know has stoners waiting in line at 2pm on a Sunday, the Chick-fil-A I know doesn’t technically support everyone’s “political affiliations, but most importantly my Chick-fil-A still has a playground unlike that big M we used to love. Like come on when it’s Friday night and I want to eat some nuggies and play tag with my friends we go to Chick-fil-A. The second time within three weeks I have received incorrect food for what I had ordered by the same young man in the drive thru. After ordering and repeating myself twice, I didn't think I'd have to triple check after the drive thru worker even repeated back to me the same thing I had just said. I decided to call the manager to see if they had any customer retention plans. The catering manager was very condescending. She told me that this employee is one of their top employees, as if he could never get an order incorrect. She said if it wasn't the employee, then it's because they have bad headsets. She then told me it is my responsibility to check the order on the screen and then again check the food after I receive it...after I had repeated myself twice into the speaker and after the drive thru worker even said my exact order back to me. Nicely enough they will give us two replacement sandwiches that I can redeem anytime in the next 30 days, but after the last two times of getting the wrong food and after the conversation with the catering manager, I will not be returning. I had been going there 2-3 times per week after getting off night shift, but I will be finding somewhere else to get my...
