I always get the same meal a Ham sub with no onions. I never had an issues with them up until just recently. This was my 2nd trip with in the month for a ham sub no onions and both times they put onions on my sub. The young girl who took my order was very nonchalant she didn’t give off friendly. After she took my order and got my name the phone was silent for a while then she said bye. She didn’t give me a time frame it would be done. I get there and she is at the window with a snarky face. I got my food and pulled off to the side to check it. And unfortunately onions were on the sub. I went back to the window and the young girl didn’t seem happy to see my face again. Passed through the area on our way home from the coast and couldn't have been more thrilled with both taste and price! Little hole in the wall place but they can do some sandwiches RIGHT, and the egg rolls are a must too! I ended up placing a second order to bring home they were so tasty. Some lady was being rude as all to the girl behind the counter because they didn't have "toast bread", apparently toasted sub loaves weren't acceptable to her and she was demandig toasted slice sandwich bread, but the staff did a great job trying to calm her down so the rest of the patrons didn't have to hear her absurdities. Will be making this our go to lunch stop for our beach vacations...

I placed a phone order for a Super sub with no mayonnaise and paid almost 4 dollars for extra meat. When I arrived home, the sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and there was no extra meat. When I called, they refused to give me a credit for their mistake and told me I needed to bring the sandwich back to them right then. I am a disabled senior citizen and it was a major struggle to get there the first time. I will never patronize this place again. Horrible attitude/customer service.
