Starters I gave up coming here because of the speed of the drive thru. But my son likes McDonald’s. There were only 3 cars in the line. Cars were moving at a slower than average rate but way better than a normal visit. Placed my order drove around and paid. So, about 8 -10 mins in so far. Payment was a breeze everyone was friendly it’s 4:49 pm when I get my receipt. Get to the window, my son happy meal is ready. My qtr pounder combo was not. They ask me to move forward so I did. I’m waiting and notice about 8 -10 more cars come through and I look down it’s 5:00. I’m like dang they forgot me. So when I get the chance I put it in reverse and go back to the window. I ask did you guys forget about me? She did remember my order and what I was waiting on. So,I’m thinking she is about to hand it to me. She asks co workers where is this order? No one knows. So she said they were gonna make it fresh and would I like anything for my wait. So I said yes I’ll take another tea. It was 105 degrees today. Anyway received my tea and was asked to move back to the door. So I did. Well I sit there until about 5:14 and my qtr pounder comes out and the lady with my bag is on her cell phone on a personal call. I check my bag. NO fries in my bag. I follow with 3 mams before I get here attention she was back in the building before she heard me. I explained to her there are no fries in the bag. “She says let me see” so I show her. Which I thought was really rude considering you just handed me the bag. That should have been checked before bringing it out. Especially, with all the extra time needed to prepare.
I think it is time people go to work to work. Nothing else. Why are you touching your dirty cell phone and handling food?
Since the demand for more money has been pushed . The consumer has gotten the bill with terrible service. Something needs to change. This place is privately ran and operated by the Butler Cole organization. And in my opinion has the worst service of any McDonald’s I have ever visited nationwide. I counted about 8 employees that I could see. I assume there were more. So there were plenty of able bodies to get the job done. I don’t feel anything will ever change as long as the owners get their payday without loss. This place ranks the worst in service in our area by far. You guys should strive to do better. Read moreI'm gonna start if by saying I come to this McDonald's at least 1 time a week from out of town and up until this week I have been on the fence about giving a review much less a bad review. Now that being said this McDonalds hardly ever has ice for your drinks, and this week they had none, the drinks where flat, tea was out the usually give you a choice from the kiosk or a live person but this week someone was standing in line for 10 min before they told him he had to use the kiosk.. now mind you several ppl joking around laughing having a good old time in the back. So you order at the kiosk and you pay and get a table marker with a number on it. Basically you get table service, but this week they just call your order number out and you have to go get it. Which is fine I guess but why have it if you not gonna provide it. Now the sanitation score is 96.5 and don't know how they got that high of a score because the place is nasty. The last was moping the floor with kids, small kids walking around old ppl walking around on a slick floor and that's exceptible to a degree but when your standing there and you get NASTY STANKING MOP WATER slung on your feet and legs that's where I draw the line. I went in the bathroom to get the nasty water cleaned off of my feet and the bathroom has standing pee in the floor and smelt like a 10 day old port a Jon. I will never go back to this McDonald's ever. And anyone that values there moneys worth and want a clean environment for your kids to play in don't take the chance here. Read moreIt was only 4 cars in the Drive thru so I assumed it wouldn't be so bad. I was SOOO wrong! I ordered 2 big breakfast with hotcakes and a sausage mcgriddle combo. I made it to the 2nd window pretty quickly then they pulled me. I waited 15 minutes and decided to get out and go inside. I go to the register letting the lady know I've been waiting over 15 mins. She told me she handled the front and I should've kept going after seeing it was a lot of people in drive thru and inside. She made it perfectly clear next time to not even come there if they're busy or im going to wait a long time. I eventually see another employee heading to the door with food. I asked was she taking it outside and she looked confused. I told her what I had and checked it to make sure it was all there. As im checking, she's smacking her lips because I'm checking. Then I have no syrup or utensils. I asked for them, she told me I need to go back up to the register because she's busy with other orders and walks off. If I could give this place a -5 stars I WOULD!! If it wasn't for the fact im getting it for my parents. I would've asked for a refund and gladly went to...
