Mac Attack — Restaurant in Rockland

Honestly had the worst customer service I’ve had in a longgg time. I kindly asked about my order after I’d been waiting for 15 minutes already and had seen almost everyone who had ordered AFTER me receive their orders. I was told my order was being worked on and that “there had been orders ahead of mine”. I was aware of those around me and when they ordered. My order was clearly put on the back burner. I was nice and kindly said “that’s ok” and began waiting again. 30 minutes passed and still nothing. As I walked towards the window for the 2nd time I was given the look of avoidance. The worker knew I had been waiting for a LONG time yet never said sorry. They saw my look of frustration and all that was said was my order was coming. At that point I left without ever getting my food. I hate to probably be the one person who got the bad experience and that I’m having to leave this review as I’m sure the food is good. If I would’ve been told sorry and the real reason I never received my food then I wouldn’t be making...

I have been going to Mac attack every weekend and have tried everything except the hot dog and lobster roll, that being said I now have to try them. The Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious it pairs amazingly with any of the toppings offered (especially the specials). The tots are golden and crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside and again pair wonderfully with any of the toppings offered. Today I tried a grilled cheese and it honestly was one of the best things I have ever had! Poutine grilled cheese with gravy for dipping redefined how good a grilled cheese could be to me! All this being said the effort the owner puts into the food clearly comes out in the flavor. Do yourself a favor and try some Mac attack you won't be disappointed.
