This is one of my favorite walking trails in the area. There are a number of benches to sit on along the way to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. There's various types of flat terrain --- brick, concrete and wood. Parts of the railing are missing and the shrubs are overgrown so while this is family friendly, it's important to keep a close eye on children because pet owners don't always clean up after their dogs. If you bring your dog --- PLEASE clean up after them!! Sometimes the boxes are stocked with bags for dog waste that can be disposed of in the trash barrels. Portable toilets are available, but I've never used them so I'm not sure if they're kept stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. This trail is worth walking over...

This is a very pleasant way to experience the Rockland Harbor. The town has done a very nice job creating a wide path that allows for easy passage around the harbor. The path is relatively quick. You will find people doing everyone from walking...

An excellent walk with places to sit and contemplate or watch the goings on in the harbor. It is well marked. You really shouldn't lose your way. If you are going to eat at Arches park in the public parking to the north and take the trail. You'll thank me when you roll out of there stuffed and have to walk some...
