I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to this McDonald’s was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location was suffering from serious management and staffing issues. The lobby was dirty—trash overflowing from bins, sticky floors, and several unclean tables even though the dining room was almost empty. I waited at the counter for several minutes before a disinterested employee finally wandered over, barely making eye contact and mumbling a half-hearted greeting. There was no line, so the delay made little sense unless staff were just stretched far too thin or unmotivated to work efficiently.
I ordered a simple meal—a Quarter Pounder with cheese, medium fries, and a Coke—but somehow the experience managed to go downhill from there. After paying, I waited nearly 20 minutes for the food, only to receive the wrong order. When I pointed this out, the employee shrugged and told me it would be “a bit longer” for a correction. No apology, no urgency. When my actual meal did arrive, it looked like it had been carelessly thrown together. The bun was crushed, the patty was overcooked and dry, and the cheese hadn’t even started to melt. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and clearly old—stale and limp, with none of the crispness you expect.
Trying to salvage the visit, I sat down to eat, only to discover the drink station was out of ice and several soda options, including the Coke I had ordered. When I asked an employee if it could be refilled, I was told, “We’re out of a lot of stuff today,” and then promptly ignored. Other diners around me seemed just as frustrated—one customer was trying to get a refund for an undelivered mobile order, while another was complaining that the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. The whole environment felt chaotic and unclean, with no sign of leadership or accountability.
Overall, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in years. I understand that every restaurant has off days, but this visit felt more like systemic neglect than a one-time slip-up. Between the poor service, unacceptable wait times, cold food, and dirty surroundings, it’s hard to justify ever returning to this location. McDonald’s has a reputation for consistency, but this visit proved that not all franchises live up to...
Read moreI didn’t mind waiting in line for the drive thru, or even the price, but the quality of my food was severely disappointing. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a quarter pounder with cheese, extra pickles add tomatoes, a 10 piece nugget with fries and a shamrock shake. The girl at the window was quiet but nice, and even CONFIRMED what my order was before I paid and received my food. While I could and should have checked the bag while I was at the window, I didn’t look in the bag until later. I received a quarter pounder plain with bacon and cheese, and a deluxe quarter pounder with no mayo and no lettuce. Both of which were not what I ordered. The order numbers on the burger box rages were 164 and 165, meaning I got two different sandwich orders in my bag, both of which were not mine. My 10 piece nuggets were cold and so dry my three year old wouldn’t eat them. My medium fries were warm at best, but my large fries were nice and hot; until I got to the middle of them and they were cold, older fries that were just covered with freshly made ones. I did not get a receipt or I would have left a review...
Read morei showed up 8 mins before closing and ordered on the app for take out. i waited for my order like 4 or 5 yards from the counter so i wasn't just peering into the kitchen while they were working but they never saw me walk in. as i was waiting i couldn't help but overhear one employee saying to the manager ".... well then he doesn't get any napkins!" i knew that they were closing and all but i couldn't pass up this opportunity so i chirped up saying "actually, we would like napkins please!" while approaching the counter. her head snapped around so fast and her face was absolutely stunned. the manager just sprung into action "yeah sure!" grabbing napkins and stuffing them into the bag in the hand of the still frozen employee who was staring in shock. while taking my meal i looked both of them in the eyes with my kindest smile and said "Thank you so much! have a REALLY nice night guys!" the relieved manager replied "Thank you! you too!" the employee was dead silent and rooted in place. not only did they serve me so late but my brother and i got to laugh all...
