We really like the donuts overall, though some flavors have been misses for us. In the summer they have some “crumble” flavors which are imo the best flavors they offer, particularly rhubarb. The donuts are a bit pricey though.

It was a bit off putting having my kiddo tersely told not to touch the glass. I mean, there’s nothing more kid friendly than donuts, right? Seems like wiping fingerprints off the glass is part of the “cost of doing business” in a donut shop. I would have appreciated an opportunity to discipline my own child, but their reaction was immediate and I wasn’t given the chance. Their outsized reaction to her index finger grazing the glass as she pointed to her donut choice made her feel badly, and honestly struck me as bizarre.

You can order a day ahead to have them ready for you when you pick them up which is very convenient.

There are a couple of tables inside where you can eat, but...

1st time visitor - been wanting to try for some time. I live about an hour from Rockland, so to visit, I need to know that the earlier you get there, the better. The last time I tried to visit, I saw the dreaded "SOLD OUT" sign on the door! This time, I planned a visit with my daughter, who likes doughnuts as much as I do. We arrived shortly after they opened, so there was plenty of selection available. We enjoyed a doughnut 🍩 there and then took a half dozen home. I was pleased by the small, homey shop. The service was great. They had plenty of patience while we labored over what to get. Didn't find any doughnut that I didn't like, but I did have favorites! For me, simpler is better, so I preferred the...

epic donuts and service to match!! we ordered ruckus donuts for my daughter's donut-themed birthday party last month and they definitely understood the assignment. they check all the boxes - great selection, impeccable presentation, as fresh + flavorful as it gets...

and on the other end of things, the customer service is 10/10. the communications were prompt, professional, friendly, and they hyped up the birthday party like every five year old deserves. additionally, there was a snowstorm in the mix the weekend of the party and the owner was proactive in working logistics out with me to get our birthday donuts despite the storm. ruckus donuts is a gem and absolutely worth a visit....

Well they look amazing. If it weren’t for some of the toppings they would be flavorless. It’s interesting that no one else that has reviewed them has said this. The actual donut was very blah. I know they are yeasty but, a little bit of flavor would be nice. The Maple Bacon was good… again because of the toppings. The glazed was meh and the lemon was strange, it had a dollop of something in the center, I thought it would be lemon n curd, it wasn’t, it taste like butter with a hit of lemon. Maybe because it was a busy weekend in town, I hit them at a bad time??? It’s a no go for me. I love donuts. It’s the first thing I look for when I come into town. They are giant though.
