Great food, rude, trashy-looking employees however, with an equally bad sense of personal hygiene-habits and manners. I brought my girlfriend in to eat here one night because we both enjoy Carl's Jr., when while standing in line I noticed that the employee with the Drive-Thru headset on (an overweight, dark-haired female) had the left-half side of her head completely shaved, with the rest of her hair long and normal looking. I simply turned and asked my girl, "Is that style popular right now or something??" to which she replied, "I don't know, I don't get it either, I don't think it looks that great to be honest." to which I agreed with and noted how I was surprised she was allowed to come to work in a public-venue restaurant business (Carl's Jr. has always seemed, much 'nicer' than most other fast-food venues). We didn't point, talk loud, or in anyway direct our comments towards any of the staff, but apparently they heard them. When we went to sit down with our number they gave us, the employee with the half-shaved head was the one to bring us our food, to which she practically dragged her feet towards our table with tray of food, glared at us, and literally dropped our tray of food on our table with one hand instead of setting it down right, and then continued to glare at us as she turned and walked away without even thinking of asking us if we needed or wanted anything else, which she should have done as she was setting it down right. As we sat there eating our meals, we noticed that whenever we would look-up, we would see most of the employees gathered in a small group upfront, whispering to each-other and glaring at us, until I began to stare back at them, at which point they obviously became a bit intimated and broke away, then went back to their respective duties. I normally don't leave reviews, but we now literally avoid this Carl's Jr. location now whenever we're out by the Blue Oaks area just because of how upset it made my significant other. This happened in October of 2014, hopefully a Carl's Jr. Executive (or someone higher-up on the authority-ladder) might see this review and make some changes to regulations regarding hair-styles that can be worn to work, as it really did look, 'trashy' and very lower-class, something which I wouldn't be surprised to see at Taco Bell, Burger King, and other fast-food restaurants, but I don't even think that McDonald's would allow one of their workers to come to work for them looking like that. A word to the younger generation, if you're going to look different then what most other people in public are used to, then don't act surprised or react rudely to people who don't think it looks all that great, especially when you're at your place of work or doing a job. Not everyone thinks that it's, 'cool' and many people may look down at such styles of today as just attention-seeking behavior. Hopefully the managers at this location will get their employees straightened-out and in-line sooner rather than later, as I'm in this area often and love Carl's Jr. Burgers! Food =...
Read moreI just had a double cheeseburger that 8 wish I had taken a picture of die to the fact that I opened it up to put ketchup on and it looked better that the picture made perfect with it's presentation and it's temp making me feel bad to even be putting ketchup on a work of art.(made by the wonderful eva, Master of her craft and yes i say craft and a with it art!But it started when I walked in seeing gage(I believe supervisor or should be if not) hustling as fast as he could safely go multi tasking like which you don't see anymore and still immediately and warmly looking at me and giving me a genuine greeting! Making me actually want to dine in when I had planned on getting it to go. And the manager even came in to do I'm assuming to be evening checklists to make sure the night was prepared and also engaging in a nice conversation with a genuine smile. I then used the very clean bathroom and getting out to receive said perfectly made burger. But what made me think you write this review was when I was eating I watched have l gage, Kim(the Gen. manager) and newly coming into shift early from a long commute and also supervisor Raven discuss delegating tasks and their expectations of how to assure they were done correctly. Sand the part of all of this conversation that made me smile was how you could tell that they really enjoyed working there and and respected each other and really appreciate their customers. Even an oddball like myself which I am very much an oddball but didn't feel like it in this most wonderful fast food experience that I was honored to have. I've managed multiple successful pizza restaurants, 7 elevens, and for awhile a very prestigious country club restaurant/banquet hall and that is the kind of service I myself always tried to maintain for myself and any crew that has worked with me. Thank you got giving me hope in good hearted and hard working people. I'll make the long drive to this Carl's Jr any day!!!😁
thrown genuine in this multiple times cus I'd like to infacize that cus you don't get that anywhere anymore and It actually made me smile and watch as I thoroughly enjoyed my burger more than...
Read moreUsually I really like this Carl's Jr because the service is good and the food is usually always fresh and hot. However, I am super disappointed in the manager that worked tonight on 6/21/2025. We placed an online order, picked it up, came home, and found mold on the bread of our bacon swiss chicken sandwich. When I called and asked for a refund, the manager was automatically sooo rude and talked to me like I was trying to scam them. I understand a lot of people may do this and I'm sure they deal with plenty of horrible people on a day to day basis but you shouldn't treat everybody the same. Anyways, she told us we would have to come back before she could issue the refund. We wouldn't have minded going back as much if it weren't for her rude attitude. We went back, got the refund, and luckily we were treated better after they saw the mold on the sandwich. Really disappointed in the unprovoked attitude (specifically from the manager) we got from the start after we spent 50 bucks of our hard earned...
