Rockin' Cupcakes — Restaurant in Rockport

Don't come here if you appreciate human decency. Have been here several times over the years, and the couple that own it are always sour and rude, and get annoyed by questions. Most recently, the man got annoyed when a family member who is legally blind asked about the slushy sizes, saying, "they're right here, the same place every year." Then, after my family and I were looking at the menu for a couple minutes, the lady says, "is anyone going to order anything, or what?" The mediocre, overpriced cupcakes are not worth the appalling customer service. Their strategy is to make the cupcakes look nice to hide their lack of flavor and moisture. Also, there are multiple better options in town for ice cream. Would've given 0 stars...

Very unfriendly staff. Spend your money somewhere else. Went here yesterday with 2 friends. There was nobody else waiting and when I asked what was in one of the flavors the young woman working there said, the description is on the door. The door was covered with a bunch of papers so it took a minute to find it and would have been quicker is she has just told me. If she didn't know she could have told me that in a much nicer way. Then my friend tried to order from inside the store and the guy working in there said, you have to order from the window like it says on the door. Originally we were very excited to see a place with multiple non dairy options for ice cream but were disappointed by the service. First of all, the clerk was very rude and impatient with us. Ordered non-dairy ice cream and only realized after having several bites that we were actually given regular ice cream. This is unacceptable as my girlfriend is lactose intolerant so you can imagine the problems that caused. To top it all off we were even charged the extra cost for ben and jerry's non-dairy.
