ive noticed that a alot of the members have improved there english since my first review, they have improved greatly in the service realm. Also the quality of the food is amazing for it's price. To describe it in simple terms is... It tastes like the staff care about the foods flavor. My usual meal costs 12-13 dollars. Really helps me out (who is a struggling college student) get quality food. I'm so happy there not raising the price like othe restaurants are. If I order the same at Chipotle, I would pay 16-18, for less quality food that honestly tastes like cr*p. Compared to qdoba's 12-13, well portion food, and in generally better cooking.

One thing I want them to improve is to make breakfast last anther 30mins. There been a few times where I get there 10 mins late and breakfast is over.

I used to come to this location a lot however it has been a few months since today. Customer service is still hit or miss and I forgot how difficult it is to communicate with the older female employee assembling my order. For instance today I swear she acted like she didn't speak English and kept looking at the other employee to translate. I ordered knock out tacos, she clearly had no idea how to make them. I wish the order employee that had to tell her what goes on it just made my food. The cashier was rude as well. When I was next to pay, she walked away to pack food, a few minutes later she came back, and immediately attended to a guy that just walked and asked for a to go lid and bag. If I could give a BIG zero with pleasure I would give it to this store. Because I see that the latin women employees they act if they are the owners or something of this place, every time I go to this store this latin women front line servers give me attitude and you can tell in their faces show how bitter they are, the Supervisor of this place should talk to his people and let them know if they going thru any personal problems they shouldn't work that day because this is all the time I go. I don't consider myself a bad customer I even go with a smile but I don't know what is their problem, unfortunately my children love this food and I have to go for them but next time if it happens again with these women I will ask for their names.
