I'm Giving 3 stars for friendly service although they were at least 15 minutes late. First time eating food from this restaurant. We ordered sesame shrimp and orange chicken for delivery. The food was not hot (barely warm) when it arrived and it also didn't taste very fresh. All the shrimp had been battered and the batter was supper thick that they all stuck together like a big blob of shrimp and batter and when you tried to separate it all the batter came off and was just mush. There was hardly any sauce on either dish and the orange chicken was not tender but hard and stringy. We paid $4 extra to have lomein added (in place of fried rice) and again it was very dry and the fried rice as well. I'm wandering if they sent us the steamed rice by mistake because it didn't have any of the ingredients that you would typically see in fried rice. I really had high hopes for this location. I have hoped to find a delicious Chinese food restaurant that delivers in the area. I thought for the quality and the portion size it was very over priced. Maybe they have other options that are better when you dine in. I say try it for yourself but maybe not order for delivery or the entrees that I ordered. Pluses are...

Place has really been impacted by COVID. They cater to take-out orders with a continual crowd of door dings coming through at dinner. We sat down as the only dine-in table with 3 of 6 tables with dirty dishes.. We were provided menus quickly but it took 8 minutes to get out drinks and then another 10 minutes to get our order. They focused more on the carry-out than the dine-in (Service 2 of 5). As for food, it has remained consistent though not impressive (Food 3 of 5). Combo Lo-Mein is with spaghetti noodles instead of fat noodles, 5 star spice is about a 3 star, no sauces on table (only soy)...Saracha was at take-out table which i grabbed for our table...ugh it was a sticky refilled mess of a bottle (Cleanliness 2 of 5). The plates came out as completed which was an eat as you go for our family of 4 and our Beef Cho Cho order came out as we were about to leave after 30 minutes of eating. All in all, this place is a settle for place and not a go to place...and if or when you do settle...make sure to carry-out or have delivered. ...

Ordered to go a combination dinner and a side entree of pork and snow peas. Enough to feed three people. Brought it home and shared with my two housemates. Food is your typical American. Can’t say it’s super authentic but it’s what is expected for a typical Chinese joint. Both my housemates found surprises in the combination dinner box. Each of them found a strand of hair. So there was two. I would post the pictures but I don’t want to disgust anyone out or deter people from supporting this small Rockwall business. I just want the owners to be aware and maybe wear hair nets or something to prevent hair from getting in the food. Needless to say, both my housemates were disgusted by it and stopped eating. Unfortunately, my housemate will not want to eat from here again. I took the order by phone and the staff is friendly. Service is good. Just unfortunate about the hair and going...

My family and I have been here before. But it’s been a few years. We actually lived closer then. But we were wanting some good Chinese food and the options by our house, let’s just say, aren’t that good. So we decided to stop and get something to eat. I ordered my old favorite. The jalapeño chicken with steamed rice. The only word for that I can come up with, AMAZING!!! My wife orders the Hunan chicken. The wait person says to my wife “it’s spicy”. Which, truthfully, it wasn’t. But she loved it!! The only complaint, it could have used a little more sauce. My son got the chicken lo mein. He didn’t care for it. But that doesn’t mean you will bow. All in all, as a whole, we had great food, great service, and a great experience. Will 100% be back. I cannot recommend anymore.

First time eating here. Lunch specials were cheap, about $7.50, or $10 with a drink. The food tasted great but wasn’t very warm except my son’s and I’m assuming that’s because he asked for a specialized dish that they needed to make fresh. Restaurant ambience wasn’t great either.. no music and kinda run down BUT the owner was very kind and didn’t bug us while we ate. Overall I think this would be a great restaurant to order take out but not dine in, If I didn’t live 45 minutes away. Overall we were satisfied. Pics attached.

Pupu platter was really good. They call the chicken and steak teriyaki something else. Chicken cho cho and Beef Cho cho. They were perfectly new England style (as good as any I've had). The spare ribs too. Perfect. The wantons were not the Crab style, something else, maybe pork, the egg rolls were actually spring rolls, but piping hot and crispy. The chicken wings were ok, still have yet to find new England style, and the fried rice was great. I will definitely try other dishes.
