Someone needs to fire James. Gave me an overflowing cup of coffee that took 10 minutes to make. Spilled all over the outside of the cup, didn't bother to get me a new cup until I demanded it. Did I mention it took 10 minutes to make one medium black coffee? During that time he was "making" it, James disappeared to the back while the other girls had no idea what I was waiting for. Three other people got their food and drinks before me. When he came back, the cup was overflowing with coffee, drenching the outside of the cup. He had one job and failed. The other girls seem perfectly capable, but for some reason, James can't make one medium coffee in a timely fashion without making a mess. When I asked for a new cup, he just walked away. The other employee expressed concern, took the cup from me, and put it in a new cup. Not sure James had any idea what was going on, would probably be best if he stayed in back washing dishes. I’m a big fan of Starbucks i’m going to rewind a little bit. I came into your Starbucks establishment on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at about 8:15 AM.
Drumroll the (Staff) is a White Unicorn very Special when I entered your establishment all your (Staff) greeting me with hellos I was speechless and very impressed with their high altitude of customer service on another note the bathroom was super clean I felt like I was at my residence. I highly recommend this location is the 8th Wonder of the World for coffee and exceptional unforeseen customer Service skill set’s period your staff in this location makes your brand better for Starbucks.

Then they said okay.. and took it back. Later they came to the window and tried to blame me for my drink being wrong? I don’t like being belittled for something that was not my fault and for just ordering something off their menu. Will not be returning to this location— next time you get an order wrong instead of trying to blame the customer please just say I’m sorry and make it right? I don’t need a speech about how you think I only said tea and the explanation of what a chai tea is. Also when they “fixed it” it tasted awful and now I’m out $8 because apparently me ordering something off the menu with just oat milk...
