Amazing place with some great authentic South Indian food We ordered the following

Wada Sambar: the wada was really soft and crispy. The south indian red tomatoe chutney is amazing. The sambhar tasted really authentic too Dalwada : Not many south indian restaurants serve dalwada and to my surprise the dal wada were just amazing. It reminded me of my old mumbai days where bhopu vendors sold dal wada 4 for 10 Rs. So good Mirchi wada : the mirchi wada had a great consistent batter with the chillies not spicy and right there pefect in the spice level meeting all expectations Mix veg pakoda : This one was a disappointment. The kanda bhaji ( onion pakora ) were fried in a very thick batter and didnt taste good Onion mushroom chilly uttapam and paneer cholly onion uttapam : I had very high hopes for both these Utappam but were disappointing. They were not bad but could not keep up with the other dishes. They were very average Malgudi rava masala : Very rich in flavours and def suggestion to try Pondicherry dosa : great taste. Rich in flavour and amazing masala. This was my favourite

Must try :chaat including alu tikki chat and bhel puri. The chaat had such freshness to their taste that you cannot stop after one bite . Very few Indian restaurants in US have such fresh great chaat. Amazing. Chickoo milshake and madras coffee. The chickoo milkshake felt very natural unlike other Indian restaurants.

Service was quick and amazing.

If Google allow me to do minus rating for this resturant's food and above all der behavior. We visited them on opening day, waited for food for 1.30 hr after sitting on table(may be its understansble on opening day) , worst service above all I don't understand why people can't show some respect for der own country people. Besides our table der were two americans, the server gave too much attention and respect to them he behaved like we are unwanted and came to eat free food, it was too insulting how he behaved. Not at all welcoming or acceptable behavior. From other table some ladies with kids also kind of bagging him to take order atleast bring some food for her kids. Frustrating!!

Coming to food we ordered it was not fresh, felt like they were running out food so added water in sambar and chutney, coconut chutney was no salt at all. We ordered mendu vada and idlis had to wait for 1.50 hr that too served after reminding him twice, dosa masala had dosa pcs in that, it was like someome cancelled the order n they took back masala from it n served us. The other server was picking up Garbage and with same gloves he gave plates bringing food from freezer, no social distancing no hygiene. Was so excited as its 1st vegetarian restaurant in town. But highly disappointed with food service and hygiene and most for der behavior with us. Not recommend to anyone or not going...

Ordered samosa chat, was filling but was a bit low on salt. Price was slightly high for just 1 samosa and some Garbanzo beans, was about $5. Also ordered Dhai vada, my son was drooling thinking he was going to get some crispy vadas in yummy yogurt, it was disappointing, the yogurt was cold, bland and on the sweet side as the sweet tamarind chutney was added to it, was not good at all, wish they had made it the South Indian way. Had masala Dosai, Chana bhatura and rice tali for main course. The dosai was a decent size, chutney and potato filling was good. The dosai looked and tasted like authentic south Indian hotel dosai. It’s Dosa hut so guess they are experts in making Dosai. 5 star for Dosa. The Channa Bhatura was ok, the puri was a good size but was thick, Channa masala again was low on salt and kind of was on the sweet side. The rice tali had fewer side dishes, had some variety rice in couple of the dishes but had couple of sweets which was good, again it was low on salt. Overall ok, wasn’t too excited about the taste. Service was good, waiters were friendly, if they can add just the right amount of salt in their food and price it sightly lower I think this place will become a hotspot. Going to give it another try. Small decent place. If they can also serve their water with some ice would be great....
