I’ve delivered 150 Doordash orders now. This was the slowest wait I have had at any restaurant. I got there at 6:30pm, and I didn’t receive the order for the customer for over 40 minutes. As a delivery driver, time is of the essence. Being prompt for a delivery is extremely important. I had to ask the staff three different times if the order was ready for the customer yet. If an order ever comes across on my phone again from West Side Pizza, I will certainly decline it. Since they chose to partner with Doordash, this establishment should value the drivers. They get more business and don’t need to hire a delivery driver on their staff. If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would do it in a heartbeat. Ok…when traveling I like to experience the local fare (as opposed to something I could eat closer to home) and this “pizzeria” did not disappoint.
